250 Cc Implants Under the Muscle (2 Day Post Op)

I’ve been wanting breast augmentation for a long time now and when I found out about fat grafting, I decided now was the time, before I start losing all my fat during my fitness journey. I even informed Dr. Cohen that implants were not an option, I wanted the fat graft. He gave me the ups and downs and the reality that I might not even get to a B cup, this is with him trying to find fat from my flanks, abs, inner/outer thighs and back fat. But he never pushed implants on me still. Down to one week before surgery, I decided if im going to do this surgery and pay this much, im going to get the size I wanted, so I went with implants. I have A cup titties and I wanted something natural looking where it was enough to know I got it done, but for other people to question whether or not it was real. So we opted for 250 cc with 270 cc in mind. However, I left the final decision to Dr. Cohen since he will be the one who can see how they look once inserted. The whole staff were amazing and they made sure I was comfortable. Next thing you know, I am being awoken to a nurse getting me dressed.
The first day, I would say the pain almost felt non existent (must be the drugs) but the nausea was the worst I ever felt. Every sip of water or bite of porridge came back up. Cheez itz literally saved me that first day. I took a bite every few minutes of that. The next day, nausea has all dissipated but then that’s when the real pain started settling, but only with my left breast. It feels like there is a fire being held under my nipple area and all the ice pack in the house couldn’t help. The day after surgery, I have my post op appt with dr. Cohen where I finally got to see the results and he showed me how to do my daily massages. Afterwards, I got a relaxing LED light treatment and oxygen therapy to promote healing. I am gifted with a bouquet of flowers afterwards from the staff, and that really just made the experience much more wonderful. However, the pain afterwards intensified. Just staying in bed not moving helped. I am day 2 post op now and that burning sensation is still quite prominent so I am hoping that most of this burning will go away tomorrow. I will be back to give an update once they have dropped and fluffed more. So far, it’s totally worth it. When I undress to shower, I still can’t believe that I finally have them lol

Hey, it may be different with under the muscle, but I found pain to be bad for 4 days. After that it was tolerable, and I'm now 2 weeks post op with no pain and no longer taking pain killers. Get lots of sleep, rink lots of water and take pain meds as needed, the healing process is actually pretty quick.
Ugh thank you so much for the reassurance. I have been trying to find other’s who have experienced the same pain. I’ve only read on chest soreness and tightness but never came across the fact that I would feel such a sharp pain in the nipple area. Today officially marks a week since I’ve gotten it done, so I’m looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. I find the burn to be really unbearable right now.
Did u get saline or silicone? I’m wanting similar results, don’t want anyone to tell they are fake but I’m sick of A cups! I’m looking to do 200 cc’s, I’m 5’4” and 115. I too have tattoos on my chest and am curious if the new boobs are affecting their appearance at all?? It’s one of my fears actually, as I have one about an inch from my nipple…

I got silicone under the muscle. 250 cc to be exact. I wanted to try for 270cc but I left it to my PS to decide if it looks too unnatural, which he said it did. No affect on the tattoo, as the incision was under the breast, and he did a good job at making it a very small one. Keep in mind that it’s supposed to fluff out a bit over time, mine is still feeling pretty tight. But at 250 cc, it’s enough to make a difference (I love my side boob and under boob difference lol) but it’s not big enough where people will question if I had anything done. I’ll post an updated pic in another week since not much has changed yet. And if it helps, I’m 5ft 105 pounds.
