I don’t really mind my boobs right now, and I like the way they look naked. But I hate not being able to wear clothes that I think are cute because I can’t fill them out or it doesn’t fit right on me. I also have never worn a bikini due to being insecure about not having anything there. My best friends all have D cups, and I’m not saying I’m jealous but... I look incredibly flat walking next to them.
Been wanting boobs for a long time, and now that I have the money for it I’m finally making it happen! I don’t want an obvious increase, so I’m looking at around the 250 cc range. I’ve got my pre-op appointment on the 11th, so I’ll try on some sizers and decide then.

I haven’t found any conclusive studies about breast implant illness being a real risk, and most cases reported are anecdotal. The studies I’ve read point to correlation but never to causation, meaning there is no scientific proof that implants cause illness. I think the mind works very strongly, and if you buy into a belief hard enough it’ll come true. The real risks you should be concerned about is capsular contracture since it’s a well-known complication. This is my advice: if you are a healthy person with no pre-existing illnesses or conditions, and you’ve been wanting implants to boost your confidence or self-esteem, then do it! I’m only 2 weeks in, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Just make sure to take as long as you need to to make the decision, research well, inform yourself with facts, and if you decide to get them I hope you’ll be as happy with them as I am!

Before pics and wish pics

I’ve attached some before pics and some wish pics. Been researching a lot and I came across the transaxillary incision option, which is through the armpit. I really don’t want scars on my boobs so I hope Dr. Phillips can make it happen (Dr. Phillips is the fellow surgeon under the mentorship of Dr. Walden, and I trust her completely). Definitely will have to make sure she has the correct expertise, or else I’ll need to do the intramammary fold incision or whatever it’s called, which is the most common technique.
I’m also going to a rave the weekend after my surgery, so I’m hoping I heal enough within 4 days ????. I’ve read about the “rapid recovery” program that some surgeons employ, which aims to have you mostly healed within 2-3 days, so I’ll definitely ask about that during my pre-op.

Girl, u should get more cc . Cause im asian too 5'3 and 120lbs . I got 310,345 and it looks pretty small. Maybe the size u chose can give u a look which u desire because u are small. But any go big or go home. Suggest at least go up till 325cc

I’ll have my pre-op tomorrow so hopefully I’ll get to try on sizers and see the size I prefer! During my initial consult my surgeon measured me and suggested somewhere around 250-300 cc based on my dimensions. I do want big, but I also want natural. So I’ll trust my surgeon to give me the one that fits the best for me

I am also Asian , 5”4 , 108 pound ,162 cm. Start with 70A/B, so I am wishing to get full C or small D, so my Dr. Told me maybe around 300-375,he will try out the sizer during operation to see which one is the best for me. Cause I don’t want them too big like pron stars. But I also want them to be noticeable. So very tricky. By the way I am going sub-fascial (over) , my operuis tomorrow 4/12, I am so nervous. Good luck for us! And listen to want you really want, everyone is different. Your choice of CC look about right to your wishing photos

Above or below the muscle is the biggest decision. I say go subfacial- that is above the muscle, or subglandular, that is also above the muscle I say forget the rave- you will need time either location of implant. I think your cc size is fine as you are petite. I have 345 and 369 but I’m 5’9”. Best wishes.

Yeah, I have a pretty narrow torso so i think the smaller implants will fit me best. I’ve heard that people with very little breast tissue like I do should get under the muscle, as implants can look very fake looking if there’s no existing boob to cover it
