215cc Mentor Moderate Classic - Mini Boob Job!

I've always been an A/AA cup and always wanted boobs! After breastfeeding 2 kids, I finally decided to invest in myself! I'm 38, 5'7 and 115lbs, and want small, natural looking breasts! I don't want anyone to notice I've gotten a boob job so for 2 months before the surgery I wore a larger cup bra and silicone inserts!

Surgery was 10/10. I was nervous about the surgery but the surgery team was fantastic and took the time to make me feel comfortable before the procedure, confirm the size I wanted, and provide some laughs! As soon as I rolled into their onsite surgery room, they asked my music preference and I drifted off to sleep listening to Taylor Swift. I have no memory of waking up but recall they helped me get into the car and the ride home was comfortable albeit a little bumpy. I was in no pain and had no nausea. When I got home I ate a little food and relaxed. I tried to watch tv but had a hard time staying awake. Later in the evening Dr. Magge called to check in on me. I explained that I had no pain, just pressure and that one side seemed more swollen than the other. He asked me to come in first thing the next morning, and then asked me to go ahead and come in that evening bc the surgical staff was still there - in case it was a hematoma. I sent him a picture and he believed it wasn’t a hematoma, and I didn’t have to go back into the office. I greatly appreciated how willing he was to work into the night if there was an issue! I went to sleep propped up on a wedge pillow and slept surprisingly well.

The recovery…The first week or so went surprisingly well. I was surprised that I had no pain, only pressure. I stopped taking the pain medicine within the first 2 days b/c I realized Tylenol was more than enough. I continued taking the muscle relaxer for a few additional days but only at night. The hardest part for the first few days was not being able to go from lying down (propped up with pillows) to sitting up. I needed help from family to move my upper half up to take medication. I would also feel more intense pressure when going from lying down to sitting up and from sitting up to standing. Overall, everything felt okay, but I mostly stuck to t-Rex arms and had others do things for me (e.g., open rx bottles, reach things, drive me around, etc.) I was also very tired and took naps daily for probably the first 5 days. I took off work and really let myself relax and heal.

The boobs…I was pretty nervous the first few days bc they seemed swollen and were bigger than I expected. I’ve been hoping my work colleagues and friends won’t even notice. I just wanted to have small boobs underneath my clothes rather than a padded bra/bathing suit. Now that it’s been over 10 days, I don’t mind the size (even though they are a little bigger than I expected). I think they are still swollen and they will probably get smaller. Even if they don’t, I think I’d get used to them b/c I do enjoy the way they look when I’m naked. They look much bigger naked than in clothes and I’ve never had that experience and it’s pretty fun! Husband doesn’t seem to mind them either ;) though he seemed perfectly happy before I got them and was very clear that it wasn’t important to him and I shouldn’t do this if I was doing it for him. Of course I want him to find me attractive, but I also wanted this for me! I like boobs too! You only live once, and I wanted to try out having boobs!
