Hi all. After a lot of research, I came to the decision to perform the XL breast implants revision with Dr. Pousti. This took almost two years to plan and arrange all the travel issues, but finally, I have my consultation with the Dr. Pousti and I will update the review with new details.

Surgery Update and Photos
Hi All. I'm 2 weeks after the surgery. Feeling very good, still with healing pads on breasts and waiting to see the final results. I wanted a large breast and it's didn't matter if it will look fake. Based on my wish pics I finished with 1500cc saline overfilled implants. The size is great and not too large for my body.

No problem. How does saline feel in terms of softness? I always wanted to stay with silicone bc I'm afraid of saline being too firm on me especially since I have no breast tissue to start with.

They pretty soft, it's 800cc shell overfilled to 1500cc and I had a lot of breast tissue before the surgery. I think there are options to 800cc+ silicone, but not in the USA.

Photos from the operating room. You can see the breast before the surgery, the breast with a sizer and the final result with 1500cc. The care I received in the Surgical Center of San Diego was great and such a care I didn't received in any place.

They really do look great in the OR shots. I am thinking to get 800 but my husband likes the the 1050s. Your pics make me think he may not be wrong.

Thanks! I also initially wanted 800cc, but after looking on the pics ended up with 1500cc and I'm happy with this.
