Terrible Experience, Causing Deformation
have been a patient of Dr. Adam Basner since 2016. During that time, he performed four breast-related surgeries as well as one rhinoplasty. Following my initial breast augmentation, I experienced a serious complication: my left implant fell only three weeks after surgery due to what was later identified as a suturing error. As a result, I was forced to undergo an additional corrective surgery under anesthesia.
During my rhinoplasty, non-dissolvable stitches were also left in my nose, which caused further issues and required additional intervention.
Given these circumstances, it is astounding to me that I am now being pursued for a $1,850 balance. I am currently receiving harassing communications from attorneys acting on Dr. Basner’s behalf, despite the fact that I had to undergo additional anesthesia and corrective procedures solely because of his surgical errors.
I have lived in Baltimore County for many years and know many families in the area who are aware of what occurred. For Dr. Basner to pursue collections under these circumstances—after I endured unnecessary surgeries, medical risk, and emotional distress due to his mistakes—is deeply concerning and, frankly, unacceptable. I will be contacting The Maryland board of physicians, Continuing to share my story, and retaining an Attorney.
