"Just an average 'tall' girl wanting to feel like a woman"

11 MONTH UPDATE- natural at the beach and in bed, not attention grabbing:)

WORTH IT
It's been a long while, which is great because that means the girls are one with me now. I still have a little nagging pec pain on the left if I do push ups or flys. Went to the beach and enjoyed feeling more proportional without being so chesty I grabbed attention. Surfed, hiked, lifted, TRX--blessed to not have limitations. MORE CONFIDENT IN BED TOO:) Still considering a little fat transfer in the future and Ill keep you posted if I do. NO REGRETS.

Side Note: This is a girls size swim top (Roxy, M) and they are a little compressed-just loved the suit, the top is adjustable.
Your body is amazing. Look at those abs!!! Breasts are perfect for your frame. Dam girl!!!
Sher96 Thanks so much! It is trying to finally determine a size, profile and doc so I appreciate that you think they are a good match for my body! I was deciding between curvy girl or proportioned girl and decided on proportioned, with the option to use a bra to help with the curvy aspect;) Are you deciding yourself?

The Puzzling Mystery of Bra Size

I am really struggling to find bras that genuinely fit. So far, here's my experience:

32D: A bit too tight on the band
32DD: I think a bit of room in the cup
34C: Boobs bulge, especially left on top of cup but sides and under seem to fit
34D: A bit of room in cups I think
36B: Front closure fits around band, any push up makes boobs look round and fake and too large for cups, but bottom and sides of cup are a good fit without pushup

Havent tried a 36C. Is it possible I need to drop and fluff more to fit properly into a cup?

The best fits are old worn in stretched out 34 C's that I used to stuff.

don't know much about dropping in the long run, I lifted and squeezed mine bu bra abuse. Be careful with super push up bras please.
Thanks for the advice. I do remember it and have now given away all my old sports bras that were pushing them together!
I love your bra in this picture! Where is it from?!

Also I don't see any assymetry or difference in size or one being higher than the other they look great!

Just out of curiosity... What was it like the 2nd time around??? I hear it's easier? I'm just wondering if it's a simple implant exchange they shouldn't have to do any pocket work? But I'm also curious what the pain is like?? Is it similar to the first time around or is it easier? Same??
Thanks:) This bra is from BraBar Botique (ie Marlies Deckers designer)-I love the chains in the back and have ordered some booty short style undies with black leather pockets to go with it. They also have a denim set coming out in spring that I love. The tightness and fuller upper pole are on the left side, Im sure I notice most because I can palpate it and its on my radar;) Second time around was a breeze! Pain was less, pressure was much less, healing was faster. My PS changed my pocket size slightly, but didnt lower the crease.
Are you considering a revision? I can see why some ladies do a couple revisions when they see how easy it is and usually it's to increase size. Im hoping to give my body a break and also think my size is about right-an hourglass shape would be fun but I dont think the complications are worth the risks of another surgery, the stress on my body, and the cost, considering my outcome is better than I imagined it ever could be. I do wish I had more side volume and feel that naked mine are a bit close together...
I am, I wanted more projection! Waiting for my 3 month follow up to discuss options with my surgeon
Funny that I want more width and you want more projection;) When is your follow up?
I think I could handle a little more width too for added side boob but I want them bigger since I have
Mods they are just too flat for me. I have my follow up next week Tuesday and will see what my dr says about the pain when I wear a bra and my options for a revision to correct the left breast, they are both same squishy was but something feels off with the pocket! I want to discuss size and options and want an answer as to what's wrong w my boob! I also scheduled a free consult with another dr in my area (the one I originally had a consult with before I chose my surgeon) I want a second opinion. If my surgeon will charge me almost full price for a revision I am going to go with this other dr, get the crescent life he suggested, upsize and possible switch to silicone...so follow up w my dr 9/22 and consult w the other on 9/24. Terrified to find out the cost involved AND I'm hoping what I want will be something they can give me!!
By the way your boobs look good :)
It may be good that you have this pain and also this pocket issue because it could knock the price down (as opposed to just being dissatisfied in general)--that's what happened with my revision, a funny pain and strange look to the left side with pectoral contraction. And I'm so happy I had a revision! Still had to pay anesthesia and implant cost but much less than a regular revision. Watch out for HP's as far as lateral projection goes--all the volume is projected forward so you have to go substantially larger to see side boob. (my mod plus, though 50cc less volume has more side boob than my HP, and I like it best). I love Mod Plus because it seems to be the best of both worlds, but also physician technique is a HUGE factor in your final look. Good luck with your consult!
That is good to know! If I stay w my current dr I will be requesting mod plus (saline) mentors. But if I do end up going with another dr they use natrelle, and I would likely switch to silicone and will have to switch to HP to get the same width but more projection.

I have studied the size charts excessively lol.

We will see what the Drs say ;-) thanks!!
Hey girl, hope that you are doing well! I hope that you are still loving your new boobies!! They look Amazing!!! Wishing you a Merry Christmas!!! Xoxo
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Yes, the girls are dropping more which makes me happy:)
How tall are you? I am 5' 10", and 127lb, and am working on getting my 380 salines switched for Sientra Gummies possibly in the 450-500 range. My questions for you are:
Did they do the built in bra or capsulloraphy procedure on you? Do you wish you went bigger or smaller? Also they look great! Yours are on my wish list!
Hi alaska:) I think you'll love gummies! They are soft and squishy! While Im not familiar with your chest measurements, that size sounds ok for your height and weight, though it may be conservative if your torso is not petite. You'll probably notice a small difference with 450, and a definite though not dramatic difference with 500. I simply have a partial release of the pec (the muscle sits diagonally across the top of my implants); my PS increased the pocket size mainly of the right inner pocket because I wanted cleavage. I often wish I went WIDER, though not much more projection. I do however like the sense of feeling 'petite', or 'slim', which I think diminishes with larger implants. Thanks so much for your compliment! I removed all of my topless photos due to privacy concerns but I hope it's enough to give you an idea. I may update soon as the girls have dropped a bit more. Best of luck to you!

"COMPARISON IS THE THEIF OF JOY" -Teddy Roosevelt

Just wanted to share this quote after running across it this weekend. I have done it and I'm sure many of my RS sisters. It's easy to get caught up in the micro world of breast implants, image, and comparisons in general. I remember when I first decided to get implants I just wanted "little ones, just enough to feel like a woman, a little bulge on the bottom", classy like the small breasted movie stars and models. Then my 250ccs don't look right with my frame; then my 375/425's seemed small compared to others in real life and others on RS--I had honestly never paid attention to the size of real breasts before becUse I never thought I'd get implants. Now that I realize my hips and booty are here to stay, I realize I could rock an hourglass shape and it makes me want bigger boobs! I probably won't do another surgery because the size I am now looks good in clothes, won't sag too badly over time, and is incredibly more sexy and full than being a AAA! However, a little fat transfer under skilled hands would be awesome to soften ripples, muscles across implants, correct slight asymmetries and project nipples a bit. I did buy my first two peice suit at Roxy and felt like I could pull off this youthful suit--same dressing room and suits as my daughter and it was an awesome feeling! Workouts plus boobs are helping my confidence a lot. I even created a workout class called PEACHES! to target glutes and hamstrings to help Lift and shape the booty!

You look fabulous!!! Perfect size for you :) It's easy to see girls on this site and feel envious of large implants but there are risks envolved (I remind myself everyday).
I would love to hear about peaches!!! Can u message me about it? XOXO
THanks Fitness Gal! Boob Greed is Real until youre oversized, right?! I'll let you know about PEACHES! soon:)
My phone ran out of data, plus I'm off all electronics after 8:30pm so I havent had time to respond to my RS friends this week!
You look perfect. I want to take your Peaches class!
THANKYOU! If you lived in Utah you could come! But I might have to send some of you the workout so you can try it too:) Im thinking about a booty transformation program that involves exercise, specialized compression tights, supplements and cellulite gel! You could say I've tried EVERYTHING and know what works and what is a waste of time and money at this point!
I could really use that!
I tried to find it but couldn't. How tall are you?
Thanks for the quote. I think our brains with much the same. I keep wondering if I want bigger implants but what I think I really want is a smaller hip and waist measurement to get more of that hourglass look. Not sure what is most realistic tho. I've started working out to try to get in better shape and see if that helps. You're earlier post about how you take the pics helped too. I'm currently measuring at a 34d at vs but look at all these pics on here and think they all look bigger than me when they are a smaller bra size. It's making me feel crazy like I have body dysmorphia or something. I think you are right tho, it's more of how you take them and I don't have that down yet! Thanks for your posts, they were helpful to me.
So glad if any of my posts were helpful to you! I'm close to 5' 9". Yes, I believe that iphones exaggerate boobs and most people would look smaller in real life. I can fit into some D's but I do not 'look' like a D. I think implants are so dense and compact that they look smaller than natural fat--more perfect and more round, but tighter--does that make sense? If I would have known that, I wouldnt have been so intimidated by a D--coming from AAA it just sounded ginormous and scary. Ive changed my mind! You can whittle your hips a bit with exercise, but if you are a pear shape, you will always have wider hips than upper body. In my personal experience with clients and myself, the only way to significantly change from a pear to an hourglass is breast augmentation and liposuction/fat transfer/liposculpture. However, a healthy toned body looks good on anyone, despite their natural shape--in my opinion! It's those stubborn fat pockets that wont respond that tend to drive a person crazy, so it's either accept and love, or 'fix' them through those measures. I've tried a lot of different things if youre interested in knowing! Maybe I could save you some $$ in the long run?
I would LOVE to pick your brain a little. I used to be an athlete but since having kids haven't done much. I just got a trainer and am working out now 3-4 times a week. I have wondered about liposculpture and things of that, but also know I am being INCREDIBLY picky about my body right now since I'm staring in the mirror so much, so I'm trying to be patient. My current measurements are about 36-31-38 which technically makes me more banana or straight shaped, rather than pear. So, I'd like to just get fit and see where that takes me, then possibly explore options. But if I could at least get my waist a bit more trim and tight, I'd feel more hourglass, but I do realize the true hourglass (36-24-36) is totally unattainable. Anyway, if I can figure out how to send a personal message too, maybe you have some advice on things that have worked? Or even just things to ask my trainer?
Just go to my profile and click on "Message" :)
Better is an enemy of fine. You look great, they are in perfect shape . Don't use stupid push up bras (I used to have a side boob too, and squeezed it in- ) so that they remain shapely.
PEACHES is what my saggy bum needs!
I'm 5 weeks post op with my revision and am so happy to see your comparison of mod+ and HP. I received mod+ and thought perhaps HP would have been better but they really are pretty close so I feel much better! ! You look great! We are all here to support each other and you've got "real friends" on this site! I just wish I had the rest of your body! Lol! Oh well I'm starting to exercise so wish me luck!
Hi k. I'm glad I could illustrate the difference for you:) Keep in mind I did have about 30cc of tissue already on the Mod+ side. And my ribcage is a bit wider on that side too. Thanks for your support;). It's crazy because my upper body is starting to chisel out now that I'm back into strength training, but my booty is so difficult to sculpt--it will be the very last thing to shape up but I'm determined to get there! Its the same reason that motivated me to certify in Booty Barre and to create a serious Booty Circuit last year! Good luck with your new exercise--it's totally about setting the habit and the priority. My body finally started changing when I started saying, "No, sorry I can't do that for you--I have an appointment at that time." (Meaning an appointment with MYSELF to exercise! So many others need us as women and it's easy to take a back seat, especially to kids. Now my kids know they like a mom more than a witch to take care of them so better let mom work out
