nothing has really changed. I will add pic's so you can see what I see when looking down. As I said earlier I am probably the oldest person on RS with a BA.

I also did go over the pectoral muscle. From day one on my BA done in 2022 as well as my revamp in 2023 I have had zero pain.

3 months PO

3 months po from 1.13.2023 with 695cc in left and 745cc in rt. I still can't see the difference between my 520cc's that I had before what I have now. It depresses me. I probably won't have another BA, as I am older then most of the ladies on RS. So I will just have to learn to be happy with what I am now. I will wait until my 6 months to post anything else, hoping I will fluff at least some.

I don’t understand why the doctor wouldn’t have suggested a lift? The implants should be more centred behind the nipple. I hope you are able to come to love them since you don’t want to undergo more surgery.
Cheers to boobies!!!

I agree. A lift definitely should of been suggested. Hopefully in time she’ll fluff some.

I'm guessing due to my age he didn't feel like it would be the best fit for me. Not sure, I will have to ask. And no I don't feel like I have fluffed at all.

You are a beautiful woman but I don’t understand why you didn’t get a lift with it, galaglex mesh and change the plane to subfascial. I was totally misled since my 2017 breast lift and minor reduction with a plastic surgeon who kept saying I wasn’t a candidate and I stupidly and nervously listened. I think I found a solid surgeon who really is cutting edge in her skills so I’m hoping at my virtual she will get my desired original goal. I wish you the best. Check her out lmk your thoughts. Breast revision is draining in every way. Dr Almalfi at Quatela Surgery in Rochester.
Breast implants placed over the muscle (also known as subglandular or subfascial implants) go above the pectoral muscle and below the breast tissue. While there is a higher risk of capsular contracture, this placement keeps the implants from flattening out and moving laterally when the chest muscles are flexed. There will also be much less movement of the implants during physical activity. Patients whose natural breasts are sagging a bit may also prefer this placement because it will appear to lift the breast. For years to come, this type of placement will continue looking natural because it will allow the implants to naturally descend downward as the breasts age. Although it is a short-term benefit, recovery from over the muscle implants is typically quicker and less uncomfortable.

11 Weeks PO

I went for my revised BA on 1.13.23 after a year letting everything heal inside due to all the cleaning my PS had to do after my old implants had ruptured. I ended up with 695cc (L) and 745cc (R) . My 520cc in my right side kept flipping upside down. I would have to bend over and turn it right side up. After my BA this Jan I had no drain tubes and no pain. I didn't even get my prescription filled. The swelling on top was gone in about 1 1\2 weeks. I am now 11 weeks PO. I don't believe I will fluff at all. I think they are exactly where they are going to stay. For the large size of implants that I have I am so small compared to alot of you ladies on RS. And that depresses me. I really can't tell the differences between what I have now to the 520cc's that I had last year. won't let me post a pic. I need to resize pic first.

I think if your PS performed a lift while implanting/exchanging your results would be where you wanted. Did you look up the stats to see if there was a difference in diameter/projection? I’d look into a lift and reuse those implants for a more youthful look. Sorry you didn’t get what you want. That’s hard and I understand. Take care and keep us posted. (*(*hugs*)*)

sorry but not sure how or where I would look up stats for the diameter/projection ?

Look up your brand name implants. Like on my page I posted the diameter for my 500cc Mentor MemoryGel Mod+ implants. Truly I believe you needed a lift to get your desired results. Your PS should of did that bc the grade of ptosis you had. Using larger implants doesn't lift the nipples as promised.

I looked up my implant brand on line and could not find where to look for the diameter for implants. mine are Natrelle inspira cohesive SCF. 745cc & 695cc

I just googled “ Natrelle inspira cohesive SCF. 745cc “ and found the chart with specs of bwd, projection etc. Compare that to the previous implants and see if there was much of a difference between the old vs. new ones. Good luck.
