Had Revision from Unders to Overs/down 105cc: Hoping to Switch out to Larger Again!

I wish I had my before pics! I had mentor smooth round silicone (mod profile?) submuscular implants for 2 decades. They were definitely too BIG for my body (I think implant projection was 3.6cm and width was definitely 15.9 cm). I am 5'11", 145 lbs, athletic with broad shoulders. I always hated the animation deformity I had with unders. Finally re-did my implants - over the years I had developed a double bubble on one side, and cc on the other side - they were totally lopsided. I switched to over the muscle placement and tried to go smaller (allergan inspira 445cc: mod profile: 4.5cm projection & 13.5 width). I am SO happy at how much more even my breast creases are now, and I love not having animation deformity. But I think the combo of new over the muscle placement and downsizing was too much since my skin had already stretched out (also had two kids but did not breastfeed).
My surgeon said he can simply place larger implants in my pockets to fill them out more, because I do NOT want a lift. I have a history of keloids so I'd rather live with a larger breast size and wear sports bras to support them than to deal with the scarring of a lift. I don't know what my original bwd was, but I would think I'd need about 15 cm width to fill the skin/width of the implant pockets? Hoping to do a low-plus profile implant instead of the moderate profile, because I don't necessarily want more projection, just more width. Also want to switch to the slightly more cohesive soft-touch style of allergan implant, because I'm hoping it will reduce the visible rippling. I can accept a little bit of rippling since my skin is thinner now, but the inspira gel really ripples more than I thought it would!

Honestly your best result would be with a lift. The scars heal and become light. I had healing issues (large open wounds) and my scars aren't that bad. I think I read before that pockets are overly dissected hence that look when your laying down. Unless you went much bigger, trying to fill the empty skin envelope is not feasible. I'm not a Dr but read enough reviews to last a lifetime. I'd recommend going on some free consults for opinions/options and go from there. Good luck and keep us posted. Oh btw, you can read my review, see my healing issues and a large keloid type scar from VSD repair in 1980. I hope this helps and you figure out something soon to make you happy. Wonder if you could post this question to the Dr. on the Q&A forum here?
Thx but I’d rather go larger and be a little saggy than deal with a lift. I will update once I switch out implants!
