About twelve years ago, I had breast augmentation and uplift surgery. The result was not bad, but I did not achieve exactly the shape I wanted, so I had been considering revision surgery for quite some time.
One evening, while having dinner with friends, Dr. Mert Demirel was mentioned. After that, I started looking through his Instagram page. I came across the Chestnut technique he uses, and it immediately caught my attention, so I decided to arrange a consultation with him.

During the surgery, larger implants were placed using the Chestnut technique, and my implants were increased from 120 cc to 280 cc.
