Bigger implant upgrade

ORIGINAL POST

Revision in my future and very disappointed

WORTH IT$11,000
I had breast implants put in last November and at first they looked great!! About 3 months go I noticed that my upper pole was pretty much gone and now I have no cleavage unless I wear really tight strap and shoulder strap bras which hurt. I am so upset and want a revision even tho the sad part is it will probably cost more than my initial procedure!!!

Girl they are beautiful and very full. Looks really natural. How many cc and what type of implant did you use?

I have 385cc's HP. They are just extremely low with no upper pole and I have to wear really tight strapped bras for any lift or support.

I think they look great too but I completely understand dissatisfaction if they did not meet your expectations. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!

I feel this way too, I got 380cc medium profile... I feel like I need to be in a bra to get the look I want and it's only been a few months. Yours look good though, better than mine.

Wow! Sorry to hear you're not happy with your results. I'd kill for your boobs! They look so full and 100% natural. Amazing.

I agree they look great!

Thanks... I think the problem is they just are too big and I wanted them smaller. I also wanted fuller rounder looking implants.

Things I wish I had known

lovelym0m
I wish I had looked more into the different profiles of implants before going with the high profile. I have researched and it appears that moderate profiles are best to achieve upper fullness rather than high profiles. Plus I wish I had asked my doctor for a more cohesive gel implant that will hold its shape better.
I also wish I had known not to go bigger but smaller because I think if I had gone smaller I may have been happier overall.
These are all things I hope will help others in their perfect breast quest.

My self diagnosis

lovelym0m
So I have had lots of selfers tell me that my current result is great, but here is what you cannot see...
My breast crease or lower breast fold and pocket has stretched and is no longer attached to my chest wall which is why I have lost my upper pole and even though my implants have not slipped resulting in the dreaded double bubble, this is only due to the fact that I do not think they can slip under my breast crease due to the profile of my implant, and because I am always wearing very tight fitted bralettes 24/7. My implants also fall slightly into my arm pits, known better as lateral displacement.
When I push my finger under my natural breast crease I can push my implant up and create the crease that I should have in place, and also create the upper pole look that I am missing.
I am also in pain when I am not wearing a tight bralette at all times due to the implants being too low.
I have a consultation with my original surgeon on the 12th of October and I am going to ask for narrower, smaller and higher profile implants along with galaflex mesh for my revision.
That is my self diagnosis...
