Office review: poor organization

Absolute cringe. Out of state trying to get a consult. I fill out the questionnaire and then I send pictures. Then I get an email stating

“ she didn’t even include her last name” I think the email was meant for someone else but it came to me. Then they asked me for my name again and phone number, so of course I supply that info,, someone calls me back,,, completely clueless.. then I get another call from someone else, another ?????.

So to address the issue I call, they don’t know who I am after trying to find me in their system. Did I send the info to the wrong place,,,, check double check,,, nope did not.

It’s u comfortable to send pics in the first place, but you do because on paper the establishment look legit.

Finally someone calls “ oh are you a previous patient”. WHAT!!! No I’m a new patient trying to make a consultation…..

They don’t listen just keeps talking over me.

I’m not some idiot here, ICU nurse for 35 years and I know what patient advocacy is,,, and this ain’t it.

The front desk is the first impression and they failed miserably .

I’m writing this review because I’m tired of these surgeons with their huge egos. Dealing with the front desks who have no idea what’s going on. But at the end of the day they become extremely alert and oriented when it comes to that deposit.

For some reason I thought this place was different, but no,, same ol same ol.
