They look fantastic & stay up as I wanted. I wear silicone parches full time because I tend to have hypertrophic scars. Hopefully, they won't appear again. I am really happy with my 2nd surgery with Dr P - the level of professionalism is top level. And whenever I had a scare no matter at what time of the day - they were always there to help.

After lots of online research, I wanted to get 560cc - to achieve a silhouette with large breasts & a small waist. I did not want to go over 560cc it just felt too big.
On the operation day, I was fully pampered & taken care by Dr Papanastasiou & his team - it was an outstanding experience.
I asked Dr Papanastasiou to get 560cc only if he thinks it looks nice. My other choices were 485cc hp & 520cc hp.
I am quite functional compared to my first BA. I feel soo much more complete with larger breasts like I always had them.

560cc hp or 605cc that is the question

Once again, i've been re-visiting hundreds of photos a day in regards to the size - since Vektra imaging is not available to me. I both checked 560cc hp & 605cc hp & I can confidently say now that I feel comfortable with 560cc high profile which adds approximately one cup size. I would rather them to be a tiny bit smaller than larger.
My goal is to:
1. bring the girls higher
2. add volume on top & on the sides
3. keep them perky & natural looking
4. have larger breasts to get to my goal measurement 36-24-36 (but that is just silly - i'm only missing about 2 inches in my breast area)
Needless to say, finding the right size is very veryyy confusing since the implants look completely different depending on the body.
I am visiting my Doctor in a few days and hopefully we will have the same vision also hopefully 560cc fits into my breast pocket.

Don’t forget that the more you add the more the weight of each. You have to have a strong upper back. I have 750’s but bc I am broad shouldered it fits well with my frame. They are heavy I admit
