WORTH IT
Hello everyone!
I chose not to verify this review because I have verified my previous experience with Dr. Waldorf, and this is just a continuation of my procedure.
As I had shared in my initial post, I explained to Dr. Waldorf what it was I was going for, what my end goal was, and she was very clear that the safest way to proceed would be to go with the max for my chest at the time and see how my body responds to the implants. This is why we settled on the Natrelle at 415 cc. I am so happy I listened to her. The entire first experience was amazing and, if you want, you can read about that in my original review.
I decided to follow through with the revision right about two years after my first augmentation. I also decided to go with the new Motiva implants that Dr. Waldorf recommended. Not only was the round implant the profile that I was going for, but it also has a narrower base and fits smaller chests better. The full name is Motiva Round Smoothsilk PLUS (at the bottom left of the page: https://motiva.health/app/implant-matrix/) and the details for that particular Motiva product are here: https://motiva.health/app/implant-matrix/motiva/round
The procedure was very similar to the first time around. Extraordinary care from the entire staff, from Dr. Waldorf's office to the surgery center. They made me feel welcome and cared for. I checked-in around 6:30 AM, surgery was at around 7:30 AM and I was done before noon. Everything went super smoothly, no complications, and I just went back to the hotel room and got some good rest. The follow-up was this morning and everything was fine.
I have pain but only around the incisions. The first time around my entire chest was on fire, but it's nothing like that now. From what I could see in the office, they look AMAZING, but I am wearing my support bra non-stop, and I am going to baby them for as long as possible, so they heal properly again. I am drinking Ensure high protein to help with recovery and will get some vitamin E for skin elasticity support.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have! Wishing everyone a speedy and healthy recovery. :)

Clarification

EDIT: In my first full sentence, I use the term procedure, but that is incorrect. This is a continuation of my "overall process", or journey, in getting the results I was originally looking for, not the original "procedure" itself. I apologize for using the wrong term in the original post.
I also don't want to give the impression that I chose to do it because anything went wrong. I had no issues with my original procedure two years in. This step was something that was discussed with Dr. Waldorf from the beginning, and something I mentioned in my original review as anticipated.

1.5 Weeks Post-Op
RS423April 15, 2025
Hello everyone,
Healing is going well. After the first week, the nerves start waking up, so pain has moved around quite a bit. Sometimes I'll get pain in my armpits or shoulders even. It sometimes hurts around the right incision when I walk without anything (like after a shower). I have accidentally poked one of my breasts with a finger, and that definitely hurt but went away just as fast. But overall, it's around a 2 out of 10. It is completely manageable and I'm not taking anything for it.
Right around the one-week mark, I was experiencing recurring sloshing noises, sounds like air bubbles escaping or moving, when moving my arms upwards or sideways in a way that would push the breasts left or right across the chest. My personal understanding, with the guidance of my doctor, is that this is completely normal (at least within the context of normal healing - always talk to your doctor if you have concerns). It occurred with the original augmentation as well and goes away within a few days. It doesn't hurt but sounds and feels weird. I am currently no longer experiencing it.
I have gained some weight as can be expected during recovery. I am managing it and not stressed out about it. I have not been trying anything on, modeling clothes or anything like that. I just want them to heal well. If you're reading this and you're nervous, either before your surgery or the experience after, remember, it's going to take time before they settle where they need to be. Leave them be, let them do their thing, the wait will be worth it! Choosing the right doctor is of the utmost importance but it is only half the process, and the other very important half is you and the way you take care of yourself after your surgery. I am in my Shefit bras 24/7 and a comfy loose shirt on top. There will be plenty of time to show them off after they heal right! You don't *need* to go to Victoria's Secret three days after your surgery to shop for bras.
On that note, highly recommend Shefit if you're stuck on what bra to go with while recovering. I use the everyday wear and low impact versions because they are soft enough. I wouldn't recommend the high impact one at the beginning because you shouldn't be doing any high impact workouts while you're healing, and this bra is sturdier than the other versions. I do own the high impact version, I have tried it on, and it feels too stiff for how tender and sensitive I am right now. But the everyday wear and low impact bras have been perfect for me post-surgery.
I know photos help a lot, especially when deciding to go through with it the first time around, so I will update soon with some pictures. Questions welcome!
