Motiva Ergonomix 250 Cc Dual Plane

Motiva Ergonomix 250 Cc Dual Plane

I had breast augmentation surgery 4 months ago using the dual plane technique with 250 cc motiva ergonomix 2 implants.

At rest (without a bra), my breasts look fine (though too close set). However, I’ve been experiencing a consistent issue when wearing bras, especially sports bras or anything that provides lift and compression.

When my breasts are supported or pushed together, the skin between them rises and creates a visible bulging or folding in the cleavage area. This gives an unnatural appearance and it really upsets me a lot. So it limits my clothing choices.I initially thought this might be swelling, but at 4 months post-op, the issue persists.

From the beginning, I also noticed that my nipples appear slightly more lateral (toward the outer sides). My surgeon mentioned that the implants (Motiva) may settle further down and outward over time, which could improve the appearance. However, I have not seen significant change so far.

I would recommend discussing implant position before surgery. And so far my observation on all, beware of choosing motiva implants since i think surgeons clearly do not want to go bigger volumes. For me 250 cc is a dissappointment. He told me that he was thinking 300 cc, that final size will be decided during surgery.

Also no idea why but my stitches are so tight that it have made breast dropping uneven.

I thought i was a very simple case. No need of a lift, no asymmetry to begin with. Yet 4 problems

1- too close positioning and skin tenting on cleavage
2- small size
3- nipples position
4- shapeless dropping bc of stitches

I would so much appreciate of anyones opion on revision, thanks.
