I was recently contacted by two other women with the same situation after they read this review. Dr. Kao put too large of implants in than was requested and he made an “internal bra” which was not previously agreed too and just created problems. There are other women besides me he has done this too. I am working on reporting him to state medical board. Beware him and his office manager.

Update part 2
These were the “internal stitches” that Dr. Kao put in me. They had to be removed for the health of my breast. They felt hard and tangled. Had I know he was putting what felt like rope to me, in my breast, I never would’ve allowed that inside my breast.

Whoa I have had my heart set on dr kao for implant removal and breast lift/reconstruction after removal but after seeing this....
Run away from this plastic surgeon!
I am in shock!! Im so glad its not inside your body anymore, i still cant believe my eyes this surgeon needs to be stopped
He put stitches right something that feels like that in my face. I believed the videos he posts. I am ruined now. He made me look like a man with all the fat and my eyes are now angled up and I specifically told him not to. I woke up to angled eyes, too much fat that has to be removed, fat in my lips that I told him not to do. I would never recommend him now. I believed the pictures. I am not one to complain about anything like this either. My family and friends are in shock even more than me at my appearance. For a few weeks I thought there as hope in the beginning. Now I have to pay to hopefully be repaired. The other drs are shocked at what they see on me. My hope is so no one else goes through this. I am taking legal action now and will not stop until every woman knows the truth about what happened to me in his hands.

I would not recommend going into surgery with doctor Kao. I was in worse pain after his surgery than before and several lumps in my breast formed that I did not have before :( The discovery of lumps is terrifying. I had to have the lumps examined by a specialist. They were found to be “balls of extremely dense tissue” and hurt so bad. I never had had a single breast lump previous to this. I hope anyone would consult with other doctors and weigh my review, I would hate for any other woman to be in as much pain as I was.
I recently found a doctor within miles of Dr. Kao who fixed my situation entirely in a manner of a few hours. This is what was taken out of my breast after Kao’s surgery. Please see the attached.
As in the previous response, I expect his office manager respond to belittle and disregard anything I say and attempt to put blame on me like I did anything to make the lumps appear and pain worsen tenfold after his surgery.

Wow !!!! And there prices are ridiculous and you have to pay for a consult hundreds of dollars so you could throw away when you don’t want to do services with them not to good
