I have a pectoral excavatum

I had my breasts done in 2020 but in 2025 one of the implants had flipped. I went to see Watterson to fix it and had the best feeling about him. I have a pectoral excavatum (my chest caves in) and he seemed very knowledgeable about that and we scheduled surgery to fix my previous implants. On my fallow up the very next day they were significantly different sizes and we knew immediately they would need to be fixed he even said so himself. I was disappointed but hopeful with the next surgery ( that I still had to pay for) the asymmetry would be fixed so we scheduled to fix my right side 2 weeks later. Again the day after surgery they looked very different.This time the other side was waaaayyyy bigger. We decided to give it some time to see if it was swelling and they would look more similar at the 6 week mark. Fast forward they looked worse! I understand they will not be perfect but they look like distant cousins and that's being generous. I am very unhappy with the results and the lopsidedness of my breasts. I am so sad to write this review as I loved his bedside manner but I feel like the skill just wasn't there and I shouldn't have to keep forking out money for a mistake he doesn't know how to fix. I would have much preferred if he was just honest that this was out of his expertise instead of trying to fix it at more cost to me as his final solution was "we can try again but I don't know what to do, maybe you were tilted to one side on the bed and that's why they are different"
