Hey everyone. I had my old 420CC implants removed and replaced and I had capsular contracture from a different surgeon. I had the surgery May 22 or 23 I forgot lol. So it’s been about 5 weeks.
CONSULT: Ok, let me tell you that he is very fast, not very talkative, and you will finish your consult with him probably in like 5 mins and then you’ll be speaking to the girls about pricing etc. but he is really good at what he does so just don’t take it too personally.
SURGERY DAY: I came in changed into the clothes they gave me and laid down. The nurse who was helping me with my IV and paperwork while I was laying down waiting was so sweet, I felt super calm and comforting in her care. I think the surgery took about 2 hours. I had 420CC in before and I showed him a picture and I pretty much woke up having the boobs I showed him. I remember waking up but being super tired and kept falling back asleep lol. It took me like 30ish minutes to be able to stay awake and not fall back asleep.
RECOVERY DAY 1: Came in for my follow up and bandage removal. This is where you can see your boobs for the first time. I was FREAKING OUT!!! I thought they looked too big and super crazy looking and when he told me he had put 565CC Gummy implants in I almost fainted thinking that was just wayyyy too big. I was already thinking about my boob reduction lol. Every body is different and CC’s are just a number, just trust Dr. Kim he really knows what he’s doing! Also you’re really swollen and your boobs just need to settle in before you judge anything. Anyways, I was able to walk around and do things so easily! Compared to my first surgery I was bedridden. I didn’t take any pain meds this time around and was actually walking around at the grove on day 1 of my recovery lol.
As days went on moving my arms and using them would get easier and easier. The recovery was super easy and not painful at all. The only hard part was sleeping super propped up on pillows on my back, I don’t really like sleeping on my back. I massage once a day at around the 3 week mark and take vitamin E oil once a day I think that is to help prevent capsular contracture. My boobs are already soft and look amazing!

UPDATE!!! Nipples are off
Babygirllll1August 24, 2019
Hi guys, I’m about 3 months or so post op and after it settling a bit more my nipples are complete opposite direction. One is pointing up and the other is down. The left nipple is where it should be in the middle and the right nipple is a lot lower and pointing down. Ughhhhh. I have a follow up Monday so let’s see what he says.

Any more updates?
I have been dealing with this same issue and CC keeps coming back. Just wondering if you have had any better luck.

Can you please post more updates? I was considering Dr. Kim for my revision. Thanks in advance.

I haven’t actually gone to see dr Kim but my boobs are actually really big... a bit too big for my body as they’re settling a bit more it just takes away from my small frame :/.

Hi i was wondering what cup size you started at? I Have 415 cc and am considering a revision with dr Kim and would like to go a little bigger to achieve a fuller look with cleavage, which I see he does a great job in doing. However, I’m afraid of feeling too big though
