I highly recommend Dr Horn

I've had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Horn 3 times over the past 10 years - each time going larger or switching from saline to silicone. Dr Horn is a true professional and also a real person. The last time I had surgery with him I increased my cc's considerably so I was really nervous about how it would turn out. I called the office repeatedly and each time they were extremely warm and walked me through everything and assured me that everything would be fine. My results were great and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr Horn. He is the best in Chicago and his staff is top notch.
