In addition to the fantastic work Dr. Schutte did on breast remove and replace, his staff deserves so much thanks! They were SPOT on- what to expect, all pre-ops and post ops, treatment and calming of nerves. This WAS the easiest surgery ever because of their comprehensive methods and kind, kind staff. Melissa (every time I called, she answered and was knowledgeable, professional, friendly!) Carli, was so gently -direct, professional, and helpful, reponsive and explained EVERYTHING thoroughly. Teri, just helpful all the way around if I needed --ANYTHING. Marcia, Marcia, Marcia -my new BFF, I had the most interaction with you which was ALWAYS friendly, caring, professional and excited for me! Thank you ALL.
