Nipple is too high after gummies put in & redid lift with a little lipo

I had a very natural implants with a lift about 10 years ago and loved my results, but the pocket was stretched out and my boobs would fall to the side when I laid down. I put gummies in and redid the lift with a little lipo. My nipples are too high and there's so much under boob, looks weird. Dr says this is my fault for not wearing a bra correctly, and I've broken all the stitches he put it. I'm wondering if this is just miscalculation of the pocket size. Truth be told, idc whose fault, I just want them fixed. I went from having great breast to now ones I'm super embarrassed of. It sucks when you pay premium fees thinking nothing will go wrong
