I sought services from Dr. Molina twice, initially in August 2015 and again in March 2022, based on the remarkable outcome of my first procedure. Without hesitation, I returned to him for my second surgery, bypassing the need to research other doctors. Although I expressed satisfaction during my second treatment, unfortunately, the results were unsatisfactory, leading me to seek correction from another physician and incurring additional expenses.

My disappointment with Dr. Molina and his team is multifaceted. Firstly, I observed a surge in female patients during my visit, seemingly coinciding with the income tax season, which was surprising. Secondly, the direct care I received was primarily from the nurses, and I didn't have direct involvement with Dr. Molina himself. Despite evident botched results, the nurses did not suggest further investigation; instead, they reassured me that the issues were due to swelling and would resolve over time.

Upon addressing my concerns with Dr. Molina, he offered a redo at an additional cost of $2,000. However, given the experience, I declined the offer, deeply dissatisfied. Even in my attempts to communicate with him for necessary documents from 2015, the feedback I've received has been minimal, causing further frustration. This serves as a cautionary note should you consider seeking services from Dr. Molina.

After a few years, I decided to revisit him. This time, he offers better services, such as massages and cosmetic treatments, as well as on-staff specialists to address any problems you may have following your procedure. Although this is my final time getting cosmetic surgery, if I ever need it again, I would go to Dr. Molina instead of looking for another doctor.
