$5,500
Six months after surgery after looking at this picture I went back to my plastic surgeon and showed him he told me that on some patients we have to give it up to a year it's already been a year and 3 months and my breast /right breast still looks the same.

Hello christmas18 I went to go see another surgeon he said that my implants were too high. I do have that wierd feeling when I flex but no deformity. I just don't like the feeling . It make me feel like I have man chest . my 1st implants were above the muscle I got them done 2012 in Mexico I was 26yrs old . I live 5 minutes from the border that's why and it was way cheaper. I really loved my breast implants until they started to feel hard thst was on Oct 2017. That's why I went to go see a plastic surgeon in Edinburg Texas which is 45 minutes away from where I live since his a well known surgeon. He told me I had capsular in both breasts that it was not a big deal it was not an emergency but that eventually.I was going to have to remove and replace them .I decided to do it that same month he charge me 1,000 extra for each breast a total of 5,500. And look at my final results I hate them. Anyways this plastic surgeon I went to go see did my tummy tuck 8 years ago. The reason I didn't go back with him was because he doesn't take Care Credit his from Mexico. Thank you for your thoughts. I didn't know about all that I will bring it up with my surgeon. Hugs

If your over the muscle your breast and implant age together. See my picture with blue shorts- they are subglandular and ruptured there after 29 years, but I loved them and they were all together! There is no way a suboectoral implant of 29 years on a woman with breast tissue would look that good- she would have waterfall deformity if no lift. To me subpec is 1000 times complicated and requires more surgery. Going from subpec to subglandular is Very complex and tricky and most surgeons don’t know how to do it. If you want that save for Dr Baxter. If you want to stay subpec I’d say get a smaller implant and lift and make sure the doctor does not release any more of your implant- or you will be physically weaker. They may not admit that BUT YOU WILL be weaker: Dr Baxter can do any surgery, including “splitting the muscle” after reattaching the part the other surgeon cut from your ribs .know your plan and be confident in it and surgeon before letting another surgeon operate. Xoxo

Hello! I’m so sorry. I KNOW how disappointing bad breast surgery is as I had 2 surgeries in 6 months! I do think you would be pleased with a revision. For me, it was all money I did not have so it is as if I bought a car with 2 surgeons, with the 2nd being all the way across the country in Seattle. My suggestion? Consult with only revisionist experts: I recommend Dr Richard Baxter at website drbaxter.com. He is unreal and top notch. He will assist you in identifying the problem areas and let you know what plan is best. You can search under “Q&A” in RealSelf, after getting to gusvpage to see his responses to breast revsion questions- he has answered about 1600 questions on real self on revisions! His answers surpass answers by other docs as he knows exactly what to do or not do and has a reputation and expertise. He is very kind, and thorough. I say fly to him for a consult! It. It him, make sure someone is as patient, professional, caring and informed as he is as you have finite tissues and you have got to get. Revision right. He will definitely give you the right answer on what needs to be done, and at least that will make you feel better knowing you have the answer, and the. It is just scheduling the surgery. Best wishes and chin up. Once you have a plan you are confident in then it will start to feel better. Meanwhile, think of all the good things and qualities you have to help you feel better .

Thank you for your advice. I appreciate you taking the time to read my questions and replying back. Knowing that there is someone else out there that understands how I feel makes me feel better if that makes any sense. I will definitely look up for the doctor you recommend. To hear his advice. Because Money is a bit of a problem right now that's why I was going back to Mexico but I'll see what this dr recommends or what he advices me to do. Thank you once again

Oh you are most welcome dear. I am now thrilled after going though hell. I’m so sorry it’s been hard- there are a fair number of stories with disappointed ladies and you are right, it does help to hear others were there and found a way to get better results. For me m, it gave me hope as I was so distraught and negatively impacted by the 1st surgery and finding the RIGHT doctor is key for revisions/

Just know, that we are talking about boobs- and revisions can happen when you’re ready/ your health and happiness matter more and involve a lot more than just boobs. I know it’s hard but remember your beauty and other wonderful qualities and best wishes!!

I went back to subglandular. My implants from 1st surgery last year were out in backwards and my muscle was cut high- devastated! The great thing about subglandular and subfacial is your breast tissue stays connected to the implant though time. I had my 1st subglandulars for 29 years until rupture! (In blue shorts). Also you avoid the waterfall deformity, and the animation muscle deformity (huge and devestatibg complications!!) if over the muscle. Also it is significAntly less painful and does not degrade strength.
So I hope these thoughts are helpful and not overwhelming! Hugs
