So they’re settled and hopefully still softening as they still feel hard most of the time. There is still a bit of asymmetry, but I reckon this is how they’re staying moving forward. In general I like them better than before. Really hope they soften more with time. The lipo is still spotty, in that there are slight lumps and didn’t really change much..scars are healing well. I’ve pictured them as well. I’m happier overall now than before and I know the scars will heal fine.

Have they become softer?

Almost 10 weeks

Everything is healing fine. I can’t feel the scars on the breasts and color is slowly changing. I use silicone gel sheets mainly and on the lipo sites I use gel cream. Those scars are pretty much gone and not so visible. The boobs feel softer in certain positions, in other positions they’re still solid rocks haha. I have asymmetry still but I think that’s just how it’ll be, so I must accept it. My nipples also aren’t in the same exact position, which I also doubt will change and must accept..I’m glad I haven’t had any issues (touch wood) and healing is fine. I can finally work out like I used to, even chest (but going extremely light on chest workouts).

I had my surgery 2 months before and chose 275 cc moderate plus implants due to my small frame and tuberous shape my doctor didn't allowed me to go bigger. He said if I want to enlarge them I can do a revision surgery after some time so that my tissues have relaxed and shaped. I am thinking of redoing it in the future and do maybe a high profile as I like upper pole cleavage but seeing your post is making me think. Would you suggest after all going bigger or staying in my first more "conservative" result?
Do you have photos? I think for the first time smaller is better, and in general, for them to feel and look more natural smaller is better. Remember you’re doing it for yourself, not anyone else. Send me pictures if you can.
Your result is great!
Wow, they became much bigger than expected.
I would cover your pubic area in your photos. Your results look great.
She had lipo done in that area

All healed. Still don’t think anymore dropping or fluffing will happen. They’re still hard some days but have good movement, bounce etc.. scars are healing and feel mainly flat though the discolouration is annoying. The left seems bigger and lower and I still don’t notice any difference in my thighs sadly other than 2 fat pockets at the top that have presented a month ago, really hope they resolve and some swelling still goes down.

Thank you for your review. But I still have one question. Do you notice a difference to the smaller implants in everyday life? Apart from the fact that the breasts are now slightly larger?
Do you mean about how they feel or look? Yes. The biggest thing for me is they fit my body type/shape better, so in general I have better self esteem. They look bigger in most things I wear and they feel bigger to the touch of course. Internally I feel them more which is a pity and I hope that resolves (I can feel them move etc..) and they move more to the side when I lay down. I don’t show my chest usually in what I wear, so I’m not sure if you’re wondering if I get treated differently? I would hope not because of something so ridiculous.
I think she means the weight of the implants
No, they feel the same as before
