Not even three months and now they aren’t sitting centered when I lay down. Terrified what a year is going to look like. And yes I wear a bra 24/7. I send these photos to the clinic and Dr I went to and all they said was to wear a bra and that he couldn’t offer any medical advice unless he sees me in person… when he knows I’m an international patient.

We're they placed above the muscle?
Nope! They were
Supposed to be!
I believe in order to get what you want, you are going to have to get them removed, and get a lift with new implants because of what they have already done to your skin. Some women actually want implants that look like yours. Obviously, you had large normal breasts in mind and not these. I feel your frustration.
I was a 34b before
Looks like you've got capsular contracture

I got 800CC extra high profile. I wanted more definition so the breast flows with my chest and I’m upset that they look so round and there is no flow and no upper cleavage like we discussed. I had a consult a month after and they said they put the implant under the muscle then email afterwards that they're over the muscle. I’m thinking the implant was too big to put under hence now why they're so low. I am not happy with this outcome and wondering what I can now do to fix this.

I have slightly larger under my muscle... I had the same issue in desiring the upper portion full. I used fat grafts to fill in the upper portion , but for me I wanted high and tight so I opt for a lift as well. If he placed over the muscle and what you requested is under, does he believe he is at fault in any way? I went in and spoke directly wIth My surgeon after surgery he agreed to waive his fees but I HAD to pay for OR and anesthesia again, it was extremely expensive but I am happy now. You look beautiful either way, hope you find resolution. :-)
You need an internal bra to keep the breasts from dropping. I'm surprised your surgeon didn't do this because it's pretty standard with large implants.
I did wear a compression bra for 6 weeks. I guess with this big of an implant over the muscle it’s inevitable that it was going to drop this low.
Honestly I think they look great. Mine are sub muscular and the tissue hangs Off them after 15 years. I don't think you need to fix
It hasn’t even been three months and there still dropping like crazy. Check out my new pictures I added. When I lay flat on my back they go to the sides look soo terrible.
Have you heard about the internal bra? Apparently a PS puts dissolvable mesh in and it holds your implants up higher like the support of a bra look with no bra. I've seen reviews on here that look really good.
I'm 5'2 110 pounds with 800 cc ultra high profile silicone implants under muscle, no lift at all. Mine look like when you hold your one breast up. Yours were clearly placed above your muscle, which will cause strain and sag. I don't see how there would be an issue getting them under. I think your surgeon was being lazy, and I feel horrible for you. I had a hack job done on me my first time, literally put the wrong size in me, so I know how awful this feels. I'm sorry your going through this. I'm not sure if I'd trust him to do the revision.
And I travelled from
Canada to Mexico.. funny how he could do an online consult before I went in and now won’t give me advice unless I see him in person. I just want them out!:(
