The Best Experience with a Plastic Surgeon and Professional Staff I Ever Had!

Dr. Richards was the best doctor I have had the opportunity and pleasure to consult with. Out of my 51 years, I have had a few procedures done over time. I have not ever experienced such a caring professional, and knowledgeable Doctor and team. I went in there, due to a ruptured implant. Even though he was booked out until July, he deemed it necessary for me to have the implants removed and replaced asap and scheduled surgery the next day. He was very professional. Even though he considered it necessary for me to be operated on as soon as possible to get the best results after the rupture occured. He did not skip any steps.
I visited the ER the day before I saw him and had my blood work in hand and had a mammogram within the last 2 years. Which he verified before he even considered doing the emergency operation. The procedure was scheduled after hours. He and his team were pleasant and made me feel welcomed, even though they worked hard all day and had to put a hold on their own lives/ plans, they all did it with grace and compassion for my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Richards and his professional team and would gladly wait for his availability to have any other procedure done if I were to want/need one.
