I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Waseem Mohiuddin and the entire team at AI Plastic Surgery in Redlands.

From the moment I first met Dr. Mohiuddin, there was something about his presence that immediately made me feel that he was genuinely invested in my wellbeing, my safety, and my aesthetic goals. I never felt like I was simply another surgical case or another procedure on the schedule.

My situation was more complicated than a straightforward breast augmentation. After significant weight loss, I needed to address loose skin and changes to my body, while also removing bilateral breast implants that were more than 20 years old and had ruptured. My surgery ultimately involved removal of the old implants and capsules, replacement implants, an extended breast lift, and liposuction.

I met with Dr. Mohiuddin several times before surgery to discuss the plan. He listened to what I wanted, but what I appreciated even more was that he was willing to tell me what he believed was safest and most appropriate for my body. I never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain his recommendations and helped me develop realistic expectations while still understanding how important the aesthetic outcome was to me.

I also have significant anxiety surrounding surgery and anesthesia. I was genuinely scared going into this procedure. The compassion I received from the surgical team made an enormous difference in my experience.

My CRNA, Nina, was incredible. She made what I had built up in my mind as one of the scariest parts of surgery feel calm, controlled, and surprisingly peaceful. I felt listened to and cared for rather than dismissed for being anxious.

Bev, my OR and recovery RN, was equally wonderful. Waking up from anesthesia was nothing like the frightening experience I remembered from surgery many years ago. I woke up alert, oriented, comfortable, and without nausea or vomiting. I was able to drink, eat, walk, and recover comfortably while being closely cared for. For someone who had spent so much time worrying about anesthesia and recovery, that experience meant more to me than I can adequately put into words.

And there were other members of the surgical team assisting with my care whose names I unfortunately do not remember, but I absolutely remember how they made me feel. Every person I encountered contributed to making an intimidating day feel safe and manageable.

The same level of care extends throughout the entire practice. From the front desk staff and medical assistants to Courtney, the financial coordinator, everyone has been exceptionally kind, responsive, professional, and helpful. It truly feels like a team rather than a collection of separate departments.

The postoperative care has also been outstanding. Questions have been answered, concerns have been taken seriously, and I have never felt as though I was suddenly on my own once the surgery was completed. That availability and continuity of care are incredibly important when you are at home recovering and experiencing all of the normal questions and uncertainties that come with healing.

And most importantly, I am already incredibly happy with my results. Even knowing that I am still early in the healing process and that my final result will continue to evolve, I can see the transformation Dr. Mohiuddin created. After major weight loss and dealing with implants that had been in my body for more than two decades, seeing my body begin to reflect how far I have come has been emotional in the best possible way.

Choosing a plastic surgeon requires an enormous amount of trust. You are trusting someone not only with how you will look, but with your health and safety while you are completely vulnerable. I walked into surgery nervous, but knowing that I trusted the people taking care of me. I came out of the experience feeling even more confident that I had chosen the right surgeon and the right surgical team.

Dr. Mohiuddin is an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but just as importantly, I experienced him as thoughtful, patient, safety-conscious, and genuinely invested in his patients.

To Dr. Mohiuddin, Nina, Bev, Courtney, the medical assistants, front office staff, and everyone who participated in my surgery and care: thank you. You took something I had been incredibly anxious about and turned it into an experience I will remember with tremendous gratitude.
