Over two years now since surgery
So I’ve stayed silent for a while. Although my breast seem perkier they aren’t what I was looking to achieve. I am disappointed every time I take my 36 D bra off which is what I began with even though they had gotten smaller over 19 years. I would not have created some this debit I now owe and have a hard time paying due to Covid and I can’t afford to do anything to change it so I’m stuck with what I’ve been given. Am I happy…that’s a big huge NO! This was a waste of time and money in my case.

One year in October...not real happy
I will have my years follow up coming up the end of October and I’m not extremely happy with my results. Yes they are fuller but I do not feel like they are much bigger then before. I just feel like they weren’t worth the money or time I took off work to GE them. I’m not sure what the policy is where I had them done but what should I say? I do not want to insult the surgeon because he did a good job but I don’t think our communication was good maybe prior to surgery.
I don’t have any before or after to post. I took them all off since I had some ugly comments right after surgery. That person was removed by real self but just didn’t feel comfortable for a while. These are 505 cc high profile silicone sienetra under the muscle.

I can relate to feeling apprehensive about posting here following some rude comments. Truthfully, I thought I was the only one that had that experience but apparently not. I do not know how to complain...how did you? I also do not know if anyone will take me seriously since the comments were not only backhanded/indirect/implicit, but written by an apparently designated Real Self Insider who seems to be quite the popular queen bee around here.

I would be honest about what you are not happy with. I would also get other consultations for a revision. I had very bad results from original surgeon and (I also had a lift) and unfortunately allowed him to try and revise one breast which he made worse. It all didn't end well and I went to many others for consultation and had it all re-done by a different surgeon. JMO of course, everyone say's let original surgeon try to make you happy and fix it, but I regret him both times. Good luck!

Yes I did. Immediately. He knew I was not happy with them from day 1. I even ended up in tears in front of him a few weeks in. I went in for my 1yr follow up and to get my medical records and told him I was going for other consultations and that's when he got NASTY!

The nipples shouldn't be that low ether.. you need to go back to your surgeon and get him to fix them. They look ok without any clothes on there but when you have tops on and no bra, I bet you can see the nipple really low like you have saggy boobs underneath or something! I'm only saying this because mine are exactly like that! I'm furious!! And like I said, they look ok without clothes but when I have no bra on and clothes on , I look like I have saggy boobs because of the nipple positioning! X

I just had mine done to get more even breast. 385cc in right and 365 cc in left and I am not happy. The Dr did a good job I just don't think the communication was on the same page. I know exactly how u feel.
