Highly Skilled- DO NOT RECOMMEND

Skilled & DO NOT RECOMMEND

Breast Implant exchange & lift

Buckle up and read all of this.
Dr Bunting came highly recommended, she was described as meticulous, a perfectionist. Perfect, sign me up.

During our 1 hour consult we discussed in DETAIL what I wanted.
I had a list and went thru every single concern.
-changes in shape of breast
-wide breasts
-TOO BIG

I knew instinctively something was "off" and had suspected a rupture but 3 breast MRI showed no signs of rupture. It had been 16 years since my first breast augmentation.

Dr Bunting and I agreed on the surgical approach, which included a lift, mesh bra, implant exchange and aereola reduction...
THE ONE THING I INSISTED ON WAS SIZE. I WAS SOOOOOOO INCREDIBLY CLEAR THAT I WANTED A SMALL B CUP.

My words " I don't want anyone to be able to tell. B cup or smaller"

They did not have implants to show me size variation
They did not offer patient images to show me size variation
They did not tell me implant size before surgery.

I trusted that Dr Bunting heard me.

On surgery day we arrive early as instructed... Then we knock on the door...for 15 minutes...NO ONE ANSWERS...We have to go back to the office and ask what's going on...
When a nurse eventually opens the door, she is visibly annoyed, pushes tghe door open, huffs and turns on her heel. NOT A WORD TO US. We just follow her, she mumbles something rude sounding and puts us in a room.

The nurse grumpily goes thru intake, like she was seriously rude and grumpy-almost mad at us for being there..When i mentioned her attitude to other nurses, it was clear I was not the first to complain...

3 hours go by with no news. Just sitting there. Nothing.
The treatment was parallel to a shady, back alley, unlicensed establishment.
I almost walked out 4x.

When the Dr finally showed up I made sure to say " I am here for my B cups, my tiny boobies"
In fact I told EVERYONE that morning, "I'm here for my tiny boobies"

Surgery time, highly annoyed, been ignored and shoved aside for 4 hours now....
As we are going into surgery I tell the NURSE, the ANESTHESIOLGIST, anyone who would listen "I'm here for my tiny boobies, my b cups"

During surgery they found I had a silent double rupture, total mess. Dr Bunting did an excellent job cleaning up everything. My health improved drastically after the surgery. I am super grateful for her help in that regard...
That's where the positive experience ends.

After surgery I was left with breast the SAME SIZE. Only 20cc smaller than my last implants.. I wear the exact same bras...
Not only that but they are HIGH profile, meaning they look fake and tacky. High and Round. Not at all the natural, small look I asked for. And my aereola are completely different sizes. One is literally 2x bigger than the other!

I am an athlete and was considering an explant, I was adamant on wanting smaller breasts to suppport my lifestyle. ADAMANT. I can deal with the scars, the weird nipples, but not the size..

Post op I meet with Bunting and ask if they will get any smaller-she says "NO"
I ask what size she put in, she replies "300cc" WHAT!!

Me "but my last implants were 300-320 why did you do that? I asked for smaller breasts?"
Dr ----crickets

Me "what did your notes say, pls read them to me"
Dr "breasts too wide, wants front cleavage, smaller aereola"

Everyone in the office just kept saying how great they looked and pushed aside my concerns about size.
They should loook great AND be the size I asked for. But apparently I only got " they look great"

I almost lost it.
We had talked for an hour during the consult. I expressed so much concern over how big they were. How I'd wanted a B cup 16 years ago but surgeons do not listen, etc etc etc.
8 words in her notes.
8 little useless words.
None of which addressed my main concern.
She had not written a word about breast size. Not one word.

I explained that it was deeply upsetting to be completely ignored, to trust a Dr and then end up with exactly what you didnt want. It felt like a violation, a disregard for what I needed to feel safe and whole in my body.
Dr Bunting was apologetic and said she'd donate her time to fix things.

GREAT!

But then the office calls and tells me that I will have to pay an additional 6000$ to get what I asked for in the first place..They might have to do another lift they said, they have to get smaller implants, they have to get anesthesia again...OR time (they own the OR) blah blah blah

So, let me get this straight..you want me to pay up to 6000$ to get the surgery I asked for the first time? I was very clear, I made zero mistakes, yet I have to pay for Dr Buntings mistake.
6000$ mistake made by Dr Bunting-not me.

Dr's should not make a profit off of their mistakes.
DOCTORS SHOULD NOT MAKE A PROFIT OFF OF THEIR MISTAKES.

Now I'm stuck with a body I don't want and certainly did not ask for.

Do NOT GO HERE.
