Easy on the Eyes but Patronizing

I'm a breast cancer survivor and saw Dr. LaBrasca to evaluate a possible silicone implant rupture and severe pain from my mid back to chest (Bra line area). I waited over 2 HOURS in the waiting room to be seen which is unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. I'm a disabled Registered Nurse, so I'm educated in the medical field. I was patronized and felt belittled after visiting this Doctor.Plus his NURSE has terrible bedside manner!! I never felt so awful after a doctor visit...and I've been a cancer fighter since 1994, so I've had my fair share of Dr appointments! To top it off, DR. LABRASCA NEVER ORDERED MY MRI ON MY CHEST AFTER ALL OF THIS! Thank goodness my PCP ordered one, which does show a LEAKING SILICONE IMPLANT! I would give zero stars if I could.

I certainly apologize for making you wait that day. There were things that were beyond my control, but I take full responsibility for that. Regarding your MRI, I did order it, but my staff was unable to reach you to give you your results despite multiple attempts. Also, your phone doesn't (or didn't) accept voicemails, and you never called back to get your results. My staff and I are working with the hospital to take steps to make sure the wait that happened to you doesn't happen again in the future.
