  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

After

These are Sebbin LSM RL 140 cc round implants, diameter 10 cm and projection 2,3 cm, under the muscle/dual plane. I could have gone even smaller, especially my right breast still looks big to me, but I hope it gets smaller as the swelling goes down.
If you have almost no breast tissue and want a very conservative result, just go for the smallest, lowest profile implant you can find! Don’t let yourself be talked into anything bigger than you want. Feel free to ask questions!

Before photos

These are my old Sebbin 260 cc round implants, over the muscle, periareolar incision. The diameter was 11,2 cm and the projection was 3,8 cm which I didn’t like personally. I wanted small breasts with a natural slope.

Downsizing from 260 cc overs to 140 cc low profile unders!

I had 260 cc overs for almost 16 years and they always felt too big and round for me. I had them replaced with 140 cc unders 3 weeks ago. There are so few reviews of low profile and under 150 cc, I hope my experience can help those who want very small implants and a subtle look. Here are some stats:

-41 years old, no children

-180 cm (5ft11),68 kg

-very little natural breast tissue, maybe AA cup

-BWD about 12 cm
