Double bubble or swelling after breast revision

Double Bubble or Swelling?
I was able to clean the area with iodine and I closed the wounds with Krazy Glue (I wouldn’t advise doing it for anyone else). I talked to the surgeon and he said it’s just swelling but it’s been almost two months and the incision sits pretty high. Should I plan for another surgery.

Do I need Another Breast Revision?
The incision got bigger and I’m worried about scarring. I’m open to any suggestions. I don’t know if I need another breast revision. It’s been 4 weeks since my surgery. I’m clueless to what to do.

Go see your surgeon. He/she should be able advise. I had something similar. I was advised by my doc to apply neosporin and clean only with hibeclense. Keep clean and use wound bandages on top.

Double Bubble or Swelling After Breast Revision
I had a breast revision in the Dominican Republic on 9/15 because a mole on my left breast metastasized. The doctor was nice and beside manner was good.
However, it’s been going on three weeks and I don’t know if the right breast (sometimes appears on the left in pics/vids) has a double bubble or swelling.
I also keep getting phantom sensations in my breasts like someone moving my implant or licking my nipple. I’m also getting phantom sensations of someone licking my ears and the top of my head as well as someone playing with my tongue. I don’t know if it’s a side effect from the anesthesia or I suffered a “liquid concussion”?
Also, for some reason RealSelf won’t allow me to upload my before pics.
