I had my implants electively changed a year ago to gummy bear from saline that I had for 23 years. I am a small person who wanted to fill more of my loose skin in my upper chest so a surgeon in Florida increased my size. Although very happy with the size, I developed a double bubble and animation deformity. Since I was living back in Louisiana and knew of Dr Khoobehi’s work and reputation, I chose him because he can fix anything and make it right. He not only made the bottom perfect but he did so without removing skin and did the adjustments internally while keeping my scar the same size. He also did some lipo and transferred the fat to fix the animation marks on my breast (that happens when the chest muscle is over dissected and it pops up on subpectoral implants only) and it is so smooth and perfect, it looks like it was naturally always there. I am in my 50’s and very lean with tight abs so finding fat on me was a challenge. I knew it may loosen My skin so I opted to have my previous scar lowered to tighten the skin and he went above and beyond on that. He also used part of the dermal layer from that incision as permanent lip augmentation so I no longer needed filler in my lips that I metabolized quickly. He is the best and it’s no joke. He is going to do right by you, especially in the OR. I am almost glad my breast issue drove me this because I don’t think I would have done all of this otherwise, but am so glad I did.
