For the longest time I have needed to replace my breast implants. I knew I was going to need a lift and some possible reconstruction. From the moment I stepped into Dr Lilys office I felt at ease. Each and every staff member I came into contact with was caring and professional, and made me feel so comfortable, starting with reception. Tati and Bobbie Jo make you feel like you have known them forever. Upon my first consultation with Dr. Lily, I was very impressed at the compassion, non-judgment, expertise and detail she had shown me. And after my surgery, I can say with 100% confidence that she is truly a talented surgeon. She really honed into what look I was going for. I had a lift, and was expecting scars, of course, however, they are barely there! The OR team was great in easing my nerves and the after care with Celene for a post-op lymphatic massage made all the difference in my recovery. I feel so completely lucky to have found such great care. The whole experience from start to finish was superb. I didn’t feel like just another “number”, coming through the door - I felt seen and heard and cared for.
