8 months post revision

It’s been forever since I’ve done an update so I thought I’d share a few pics. It’s been 8 months since my revision (12 months since my original surgery). I’m still not quite 100% happy with my results — the right breast is still higher than the left which is really obvious in a sports bra, but to most people I’m sure they won’t really see it. Dr. Horn has me on Singular for the past couple months (to see if maybe the higher implant is being caused by tight muscles/cc — but so far we haven’t seen any changes). So we’re going to reassess in another couple months and take it from there.

Boobie debut!

Went to the beach for the first time to show the girls off! Still feeling quite numb unfortunately but hopefully that continues to get better over time. I’ll be just at the 3 month post op mark in a couple days, so I should be in the clear in terms of results and scar tissue should be relatively settled!

8 weeks post op

Here’s a side by side of how my results looked 8 weeks after the original BA and 8 weeks after my revision. You can still see some crease marks from the thong bra I’m still wearing 24/7 (4 more weeks to go!).

I think your revision results look amazing! I'm currently having consults for my bottoming out implants in the Chicago area so I wanted to ask who was your surgeon? & How much did your revision cost?
Well my revision was covered by my surgeon because he performed my original BA, so it was his responsibility to correct which I’m glad he made that decision. I’ve read if you need more than just sutures to reinforce the fold, it can get very pricy with the use of mesh/gala flex for an internal bra. I only had permanent sutures placed inside me - so it was the easiest/cost efficient procedure and has appeared to have worked!
