14 days post op
Hi,
I'm now 14 days post op and starting to feel much better. The 1st few days, I was in too much pain and sleeping in an angle was really starting to irritate me. Within the first week I think I over done it as my left breast ached way more than the right ( i think from me reacting to a near by fly, which I waved away). I had my 1st check up last week and my right breast has heeled but my left one had not fully healed and had a little hole at the very end of the scar, I think it may be also cause that breast has always been abit smaller compared to my right and my past implants were 2 different sizes to compensate for it. The creases of my breasts were absolutely killing me ! Then I realised it was my posture, with me walking out with a hunchback, once I stretched and straightened my back it hurt less. I haven't been in much pain considering under the muscle hurts more, but cause my past two breast ops were under the muscle it may have already stretched out to accommodate the larger size.
Symptoms I've had are:
Gurgling sounds coming from breast (which is normal)
Heavy feeling breasts (which can take some time getting used to)
Muscle relaxing
An irritating feeling like I've pulled a muscle in my breast that comes and goes
Shiny skin due to skin stretching
Slight itching on the cleavage
And mega tightening at the side of my breasts.
I haven't been able to go bra shopping with this covid pandemic. Before I could fit in a small/ medium sports bra and purchased a med online which was a uk 10/12 for after surgery for compression and it does not fit. Then brought another size 14/16 uk size and that does not fit either. So I'm happy cause some times looking down on them, you would think you really cant see the increase till you start trying on certain sizes. I just cant wait till I can wear normal bras but this time wont be buying much underwire bras.
During surgery my surgeon noticed I had capsular contracture, which is why I personally thought my breasts were slowly deflating but from the outside the they looked normal. They were placed under the muscle but the bottom edge of the implant where the underwire went had popped open and the silicone was building up under the muscle, which is why I was in surgery for just over 3hours as the had to remove it all before they put in new ones. I don't think i would of noticed unless I had my surgery.

I had my surgery!
Hi all !
I booked with enhance medical group and had my 3rd Breast surgery on the 15th of November. I travelled to London from Birmingham on the Saturday night and stayed in a hotel in Hammersmith across the road from the Hammersmith hospital. Surgery went well. I had 425cc in my breasts before and now I have gone up too 500cc. I had to have a covid test before surgery, admission time 14:00 was in theatre for 17:05 and was out the hospital by 21:30. My new breasts feel soft and so far I'm not in no discomfort as I haven't taken any painkillers since I left london yesterday morning (morning after surgery. I sleep at an angle as it stops my breasts from hardening and getting painful through the night.

Third Breast Revision
Hi,
I have decided to go ahead and book surgery to have my breasts re-done.
My first procedure, I flew to Pakistan with a company based in london called Euro medical I went from a very small A Cup to a Small C Cup, 12 years ago then I flew to Tunisia with a company called Linda Briggs to go from a size C to a full D but I've had 2 other kids in between them time and implants in my case always look different, deflated and less perky. And for a D cup I hate the way how they look small and only look like a D with tight clothes on. I also have euro silicone implants and which were recalled some years ago but at the time I made the choice to get my butt implants done instead.
I have now booked in with a company called enhance medical. Instead of travelling abroad ( I was going to go back to the company that done my first breast augmentation in Pakistan and my who done my butt implants in turkey but they wanted nearly £5000 and that didn't include flights or hotel stay. So for that price £4790 to be exact I have decided to stay in the UK and have surgery in london. I will be having my implants changed from 420cc euro silicone textured round implants to 500cc Full profile mentor implants. The ones in now are under the muscle but I'd like to now have them over as I hate how they look when I tense my chest muscle (especially if I'm on top of my partner). I booked and paid my deposit in July but now it has been fully paid I'm starting to look forward to it. I've had 2 virtual video consultations and will have my pre- op call next mth and surgery on the 15th of next mth. At the moment I'm finding it hard to remember which capsules I took from the healthcare shop, and the silicone creams I used to heal quick but I can remember one of my creams that done wonders for my scar was snail based.
I will also have my scar under the breast crease but will ask to change it to my aerola as I can remember my 1st op was under my crease, 2nd was round the nipple and the scar blends in and healed quicker than under for crease.
