I had breast implants 15 years ago. They were implants by Mentor: Smooth Round High Profile Implants both sides 400cc. They've been great and very natural looking until about two years ago when they began to look uneven on nipple height and the right looked smaller than the left. I consulted with three different plastic surgeons who all recommended a lift as well as new implants. They also recommended the newer gummy gel silicone instead of saline. I had my surgery in Atlanta this week. I'm going to post pre-op photos as well as a journey of my surgery and healing.

Originally had 400cc in each breast. Withdraw 385cc & 395cc’s from breasts a few weeks before revision.

How bad has the recovery been? I'm getting a revision for my implants changing from saline to silicone also (also have a capsular contraction on one side that isn't too bad) and a lift as well as a bra line lift

It has mostly been very tolerable. Expect to have a lot of stinging the first couple of days. My entire breast felt like they had been scolded. It was controllable with my pain meds though, so don't let that freak you out. Right now I am eight days after surgery and I am mostly just suffering from very tender very bruised under arms and sides and that is caused from the liposuction he did. I am anxiously awaiting them to drop into a more natural spot as well because I know they are very high right now.

Thanks! My original breast surgery was pretty easy. But this is a much bigger deal.
