Breast Revision and exchange for larger implants Natrelle Inspira SSF 485cc soft touch

I couldn't be happier with my Choice of Surgeon for my Revision Surgery of L Capsulorrhaphy & Implant exchange! I saw a few surgeons & knew within 15 minutes into my consultation with DR, Reedy that I was going to schedule my revision surgery with him! I went in with an idea of 415CC & had my wish pics I showed him, he immediately said I would think 485CC-520CC would give you the look you are looking for! I knew then, he was the one! To go back and give you a little history of what brought me to Needing a NEW Surgeon to do my REVISION BA, Had my 1st BA on 6/26/18 with a Different Plastic Surgeon in Owingsmills, MD whom my cousin used & was pleased with. I was Unhappy from 4 weeks on really. Was given Natrelle inspira SRM 310CC Moderate Profile silicone submuscular 105CC LESS & Moderate profile instead of FULL Profile as planned. came out of surgery so upset with FIRST Plastic Surgeon. Since, my recovery has been one disappointment after another. Have malposition of left implant since about 8 weeks post op, gets worse as time goes on. no cleavage or upper pole fullness without a VS very sexy push-up PADDED bra. Very disappointing after spending $6,950. Revision surgery for L Capsulorrhaphy & Switching to Natrelle inspira SRF 485CC soft touch silicone with a new surgeon. Saw a few surgeons & schedule surgery today for 11/6/18. Excited and fingers crossed all goes good and as I hope. I am 42 almost 43 in December mother of 2 grown kids and a grandma to 1 little guy. I wanted to feel good and in love with what I saw when I looked in the mirror, I find myself avoiding the mirror. Hoping this will change after the revision surgery and exchange for larger implants. I have little breast tissue due to being thinner in my upper body so implants need to be placed under muscle again. I’ll post updates as they come. I go for my preop appt Monday 10/29/18 to finalize implant size. Dr said this time recovery should be easier than first time but expect tenderness under left breast from the Capsulorrhaphy. Shower my PS my wish pics so he knows what I’d like to achieve this is a lot of $ being paid out for two surgeries. This revision and exchange for larger implants is estimated $8,775.

Had my pre-op yesterday and got all my prescriptions and I also got Bromelain from my surgeons office which is an enzyme found in pineapple juice and in the pineapple stem. Bromelain is used for reducing swelling (inflammation) and I also got arnica which is to help with bruising and swelling as well. We decided on a size 485CC Full Profile soft to touch silicone. I was undecided between 485CC and 520CC, though my dr said I am very slender and narrow so I don’t want the butt cleavage , safer to go with 485CC , I don’t want to get boob greed. I’m super excited !!’ To go from 310CC moderate profile to 485CC Full Profile!

Long day so far, had surgery done today which was a capsulorrhaphy repair to my left breast and exchanged my srm 310cc moderate profile which were placed in on June 26th, 2018 for SSF 485 CC full profile soft touch gel silicone submuscular. Pain is no where near how it was the first time in June. Still very sore where incisions are and sometimes a shooting pain in breasts. Won’t be able to see them til tomorrow at my one day post op visit. I’m anxious! I was worried about them being too big so I hope they are just right, I’m funded out ???? . Taking mild pain meds Tylenol 3 with codine, along with Celebrex and Bactrim. Tomorrow I start my bromelain and arnica. Dr. Reedy and his staff have been wonderful ‘ couldn’t ask for better. All of them seem to care so much.
