Breast Reaug with Left Capsulorrhaphy

Back in March of this year I had a breast we augmentation from 375 cc switched to 700 silicone under the muscle. Everything looks great except when I was 10 weeks out the left side looked like it was bottoming out. So I scheduled a implant revision with the same Doctor Who said I would need a left side capsulorrhaphy. He switched both sides to 800cc and did the left capsulorrhaphy vis inframammay incision. Now it looks as though the left side is bottoming out again I am 15 days post op. I don’t know if it was something I did to jeopardize the internal sutures during recovery? I keep straining pretty hard at night unknowingly and it would wake me up and I would do it constantly. Or I don’t know if I needed more support than just the suturing only ? I’m constantly having to push the bottom of the left breast in and adjusting that side of the bra , it’s starting to feel the same way it did before the surgery.

I was jus chatting with another girl about this problem. By all means. I Am not nor do I know it all... but from what I researched (I too had some implant issues after a car wreck) if n implant is too large and exceeds past the natural inframammary fold it will fight against the natural fold... guess who wins, your natural landmark. They're very pretty but unfortunately after a bad experience what I had to do was first 1. find a surgeon who was like a magician lol 2. Go down in size a TINY BIT (Olson DONT top reading out of frustration isn't yet) 3. Had a lift to change my natural IFOLD 4. Here's the magical part that chard everything... HAD FAT GRAPHS PLACED IN A CIRCULAR PATTERN AROND THE IMPLANT. So while the Implant size was 800cc which I think was the largest with the fat graphs around it, it totaled 1300cc. This size isn't for everyone it's my personal choice but if I can help another woman to feel better I'm on it :-) Let me know if I can help you. I just post mine yesterday:-). Love them!!!
