My breasts are really beginning to settle in. I still have some stitching but mostly all have dissolved. I’ve gone for 3 MLD treatments only legs and I have almost no stiffness or hard spots. I can’t explain how relived I am to have this all settled. Now- I’m just waiting for exercise clearance! Since we are all on lockdown I’d like to start lifting weights and doing yoga again!!

I feel great! My legs are a still a little sensitive and stiff in the morning but not something that bothers me at all day. I still have stitches in my breasts- but I am still able to use scar cream. I put on a regular bra and I am a full C cup (34 c) I expect to go down a little bit more, but I’m fine with that. My goal was to be a B+ or C- Can’t wait to start exercising!

You look great! Dont know you, but so happy for you! I know how capsular contraction looks and feels and the toll it takes on us mentally.
