Still no change, still looks small and feel like it was of money, time and pain that I had to go through. If I had to do it over again. I would have chosen another doctor.

Maybe it’s time to reach out to a different surgeon. I know it’s a lot of money an a big decision but if you aren’t happy maybe someone else can give you the look you want . I do think you look great and they appear very natural. I do feel that maybe you were wanting a little than just natural in appearance. Have you taken more recent photos since they have dropped in fluffed?

I have but going through a third breast augmentation is scary! Missing work, going though pain and worst of all spending more money.

I wish he would have been upfront from the get go. He did not tell me he was not going with the 285 implants until he was operating on me. Which was too late for me to say no to the procedure. I have spoken to other surgeons and they said they could given me a bigger implant under general anesthesia for about the same cost!

I completely understand, I have had a breast augmentation then a lift 5-6 later and unfortunately I am not happy and looking into replacing my own . Your not alone on here so many feel the same way .

One of my implants is sitting higher so my lower pole is uneven .I feel like I should have had two separate size implants , to accommodate the size difference in my breast . But being in here an reading so many stories has made me realize I’m not alone . Unfortunately I know it doesn’t change how we feel . I’m really shocked their surgeon didn’t tell you to go up at least 75 to 100 mL more than what you originally had it was always explain to me that you really only see a difference in the size when increasing that amount. Now I am not a surgeon and I think the size you have look great but just by what I’m reading I would have figured 350 would have been more of what you are looking for . Do you like your current bra size or is it not the size that bothers it’s what size they appear to be to you if that makes sense . Like to me my implants don’t look big but my bra size can be a pain in the butt

I am sorry I hear that! I feel like it is so hard to trust a plastic surgeon these days. Who did you go to for your BA? Well it was a Breast implant change. He says since it was done under local anesthesia that he can only go up so much. It was either 265 or285. I honestly should’ve asked other surgeons before just letting him do it. I went With him since he did my buccal fat removal too. Thanks! I honestly don’t like the very natural look. I still have to wear push up bras to be more happy. I think it’s both the bra size Abd breast size.

I agree it can be difficult to know who to go with . My doctor was in Ga . Dr. Pearl . He really is a wonderful person an my BA was great but time took its toll and I knew I needed a lift but was to scared of the scars . I really think doing the lift after the fact is why I’m not in love with my results. You know I have never known anyone who has done it under local . How was that !? I find that really fascinating. I still wear a push up from time to time and mine are 450cc . Push up bras are a girls best friend ! Boob greed is a real thing .

So would you not recommend a lift? It was a scary feeling cause I was pretty much wide awake during the whole procedure. Heard him take out the old implant And stuffing new ones in. He said he only does it under local for exchanging implants only. 450cc sounds like a good size! I really need push up bras or else they look really small. I just posted a side by side picture. Left is taken in April when I just got them done and right was taken today.

I would still recommend a lift only bc the placement of the nipples can change your whole breast appearance. I believe most doctors do a lift without the implant in the pocket an once they have corrected the tissue issue the implants are put in . My implants were 5-6 years old an he said not to replace them and so we left them in during the lift . I really think that’s part of the reason I am not where I wanted to be .

I feel like you could write a whole article on that experience. How much are implants where you are ? Around me and near me depending on saline or silicone they range from 3500-5500. I’m actually in the process of replacing mine to get more symmetrical an bc I really think I have a pocket issue on one side . I have a pulling sensation that drives me crazy !

Lol...I prob could! I am probably the only one who had a BA done under local anesthesia sadly to say. It’s usually $5000 and up. Depending on the city you get it done at. Are you thinking bout getting it revised soon? Sorry to hear bout the pain.

I am thinking about it . I’ve met two doctors so far and I have another consult scheduled. I moved to a new state so the hunt for doctors begins
