Bottoming out After Contracture Repair

I had my first breast augmentation with Dr.Roudner in 2013 and he did a beautiful job. That's why I went back to him after I had my daughter in 2023 for a lift and larger implant after breastfeeding. After getting a contracture, I went to Dr.Roudner again in 2025 to repair it. During that procedure, he over dissected the pocket and the implant bottomed out. I have heard similar stories, so this seems a common occurrence. I would not trust Dr. Roudner to fix a contracture. If this is your first augmentation, maybe he is still competent but I have already had one revision and my second is this week. It has been a total nightmare and my breast will never be the same sadly.
