After 3 yrs I can barely feel them, I do have a little soreness if I sleep on one side all night but other than that everything is good. I love how soft and natural they feel. At some point when I have to get them done again I might go just a little bigger..

I feel they drop a little more then I would hope but I’m still happy with them! However, I have noticed my chest will hurt if I sleep on one side all night.. is that normal? Still have a tingling on the left breast, I know that can be a long lasting side effect but it doesn’t bother me so much anymore. If and when the time comes to redo them I’ll look at a size just a tad bigger.

The implant may be pressing on the nerve that runs down your side of your breast closest to your arm. If you go larger you may need a lift to get a perkier result and/or closer cleavage. Honestly it's our anatomy that effects that.
I hadn’t thought about that, thanks for that. I am happy with what I have now, people have said that if you go over the muscle it would give better cleavage but my surgeon recommended going under for a more natural look.

I’m about a year and a half post op and I love how natural they feel. I still have slight tingling/numbing on my left breast but I’m happy with my results this far. Still think I could have gone a little bit bigger.

I was a 38B post-op. I had my surgery on 12/29 with 495cc Ideal saline implants. Ideal is more of a high profile implant. I am NOT happy! I am still dropping as I am almost 4 weeks po but I am only measuring in as a C cup. I wanted DD. I have my 1 month po appt this week and I will be expressing my unhappiness with my PS. I really hope we can go bigger sooner than later as I want to be healed up by summer. I am wide chested as well, I can barely squeeze them together for any sort of cleavage. I have about an inch or two between them. Shouldve gone with moderate profile at about 700cc. Regrets.
I don’t think I’ll ever have that pretty cleavage most girls have, but I look back at what I started with and I’m happy with my results now, boob greed is real and we will always want bigger lol. You are still early in your recovery, maybe give it some time and see how you feel after the 6 month drop and fluff? Can you share pictures?
