Back at It Again

Hello folks,
I am going back in for another augmentation no surgery date yet. I got an augmentation in 2012 saline natrelle 350 filled to 360 cc's left and right 68HP(not too sure what that means)Lol. This time I am switching to silicone. Need some advice on cc amount to switch to possibly achieve a D cup vs the cc's I got with the saline implants.

I wouldn’t say problems exactly. I would like to go to silicone Now because the saline I have over some years for me it’s Gotten firm and makes it difficult to sleep on my stomach comfortably. I get random pain zaps in my left breast. But again this is me knit picking and wanting something different. They look good still and my scar isn’t bad at all.
I think your results look great. Saline I'm told is just firm, period. Even with silicone I can't stay on my stomach long. I have 500cc and wear a 34 I/J so that could be the reason. I'm a side sleeper and I use a pillow between my breasts to sleep comfortably at night. However silicone feels squishy and natural. Good luck & keep us updated.
Okay that's good to know thank you. See I was thinking of doing a 460cc silicone to achieve almost the same look I have now just a cup size bigger. I am told that the sizing is different from saline to silicone.
Girl they look great! But I get what you mean, sometimes it's not always about just how they look—but how they feel too. What size were you before any surgery? It looks like you have a thin rib cage so I wouldn't go bigger than 400cc/415cc (just my opinion). Either way you look incredible
Omg.. Thank you Darling but yes they look nice but I feel a little off, I'm starting to notice rippling. Its knit picky stuff but I would like to change. Thank you for the cc recommendation though I have been going back and forth. I'm not into the fake look so I don't want to be too big. 460cc would be way too big probably huh? Before the augmentation I was only a 32 b.
I think you would still look great with 460cc, just make sure your PS is an experienced surgeon that knows how to place them. And I totally understand what you mean, I would be the same way about wanting it fixed if I had rippling and extra firmness. What did your current PS say?
Okay I will talk to him and see what he says 460 cc doesn't sound to bad either. As of right now I have not had time to set up a consultation my PS is in Miami I live in NYC. When it gets safer to fly I'm on the next flight there.
