Breast Augmentation Revision

WORTH IT
I tried on a bralette and I’m obsessed with my look. Some days I feel boob greed and wish I had gone bigger but most days I am happy. I’ll take a picture of myself and I’m just in awe from all I’ve gone through and the whole healing process. Can’t wait until I’m 100% healed so I can try working out again. My incisions are healed completely, I sleep just as I used to, I feel great!

I also got a breast lift w/ implants done by Dr. Pantoja . I was reading your post from your previous surgery where you had to do explant surgery . My bottom left incision had a scab over it at 5 weeks post op when I went in to get my final stitches removed . Now that I'm at 6 weeks the incision is open and I come to find out that there are still non dissolvable stitches inside the open wound ! So upsetting because I followed exactly all the post op care only to end up having my incision being open due to stitches . I cut the non dissolvable stitches out myself because it's Thanksgiving and I don't know how long I have to wait until I hear back from them . I'm so afraid for an exposed implant . I'm praying to God the incision closes up and there's no issues .
I'm actually surprised you had stitches left in at the 5 week mark. It seems like a long time to have them in. I know some Dr. use both dissolvable and non dissolvable stitching for internal and non internal. I think it's mostly dependent on how much tension is needed. But I'm pretty confident that stitching wouldn't be the cause for wounds to open up tho. And opening wounds is unfortunately very very common in these types of surgeries.
Like the OP stated esp. after a BL/BA theres tension at the inverted T from the weight of the implants on the incision. Also spitting sutures can cause that. Look at my BL/BA review to see my open wounds. Happy continued healing dear.
Beautiful! Love to see an update.
Was wondering if you can post an update! Thinking about going to him.

It’s been a few days since my surgery. I feel really good so far! I know it’s early tho. Coming out of anesthesia was a breeze this time around. No nausea or severe grogginess. I wasn’t in any huge amount of pain. Just sore, almost as If I had did a fitnesses boot camp after year of not being active. The pain is definitely in my chest, shoulders and arms. I went with the 270 ultra high profile under the muscle which I what I chose last time. I’m crossing my fingers that I don’t have any issues whatsoever this time around. So far I’m very happy and are pleased with what I see so far. I have been a lot stricter with my sleeping because I am a side/stomach sleeper and I think because I slept on my left side to soon caused my left breast implant to exposed the first time. So I’m sleeping elevated however when I wake I do have pain in the incision area, I’m assuming gravity? I find myself holding my breast up when I get out of bed to relive the pain. I think this is normal? My Dr did say that my skin is very thin. So I need to be extremely careful to follow all post op instructions, which has me completely paranoid. If hate to relive another set of issues like last time.

How far out have you had this procedure booked? I just got an email that his dates start 2022. Please help
I had book this surgery 6 months ago and also booked a separate surgery for a TT in May. Pantoja has done all my procedures and I know he’s extremely booked up. I would get yourself on the books and ask to be on a cancellation list if possible. I promise he’s worth the wait based on his skills and pricing of course. Good luck!
May I ask why you decided to stay the same size as I thought you wanted to go larger? Just curious. End result looks great though!
