Absolutely the Best!
WORTH IT
Dr. Schlesinger is everything I had hoped for in a surgeon and more! He is brilliant, funny, and engaging, detail oriented, and a perfectionist. He wants the best results for his patients and he delivers the best. My experience with him and his staff was extraordinary from start to finish. From the informative website, the excellent reviews, to the initial contact with the patient care coordinator, the in-depth consultation, the surgery, follow-up appointments, and, of course, the results -- everything was beyond expectations.
Dr. Schlesinger gave me his undivided attention. He is a great listener and took time to offer suggestions, explain procedures, and answer all of my questions. He is also extremely proud of his staff, all of whom are professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. I like that he appreciates and gives credit to his employees, an unusual trait for a surgeon (in my experience.) It speaks highly of him as a surgeon, business owner, and manager that he surrounds himself with stellar employees. They are friendly and welcoming and there is an aura of professionalism, competence, and excellence in the office.
Dr. Schlesinger is a stickler for details. He has a dedicated surgical suite, which is exclusive to his patients’ surgeries. Everything is set up exactly as he needs. This is a huge plus, and his surgical staff is top notch.
Following my surgery, Dr. Schlesinger emphasized repeatedly that I was to call him if ever I had any questions or concerns and he gave me his personal cell phone number. He did not want me to worry nor did he want me to improvise on anything. I had occasion to take him up on that because I had a slight complication. He returned my call immediately to discuss my issue. Fortunately, everything was fine, but I’m glad I called and he was so accessible. He saved me a lot of worry.
I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and with the way I was treated throughout this procedure and recovery. Dr. Schlesinger is amazing and totally committed to his work. His staff is great. So, count me as a very satisfied patient!
