605 cc Natrelle Inspira Cohesive implants. (Revision from Saline)
WORTH IT$6,800
I had breast implant revision. The first set I have had for 6 years. I previously had saline Mentor moderate high profile 400 CC. I got them replaced with Natrelle Inspira (Allergan) High Profile Silicone Cohesive 605 CC. Both under the muscle. The pics below are before photos and 10 days post op. I don't have large projection like most, since I have about 4 inches of muscle in each breast, which I guess causes some projection loss. I still think they turned out beautifully, even only being 10 days post op.
I mainly wanted rounder and closer together breasts, to achieve a more cleavage look. As you can see from my previous pics, they had settled and I didn't have the top roundness. My PS also reconstructed the pocket in both breasts because the left breast would slip to the side a little.
I am 5'5" 160lbs.
I LOVE them and cannot wait to post more pics of my progress!

Beautiful! Can I use your profile as my wish picture to show to my plastic surgeon? Do you like the Natrelle Inspira High Profile cohesive gel? No issues so far? I have done my research with this breast implant, they seem to have good reviews. I think I will chose Natrelle Inspira cohesive gel compared with Sientra since Natrelle (Allergan) is made in USA.

They look great! Are they round or tear-drop shaped?

Thanks for your response!! I'm looking to get new ones and was doubting, choosing between round and tear-drop shaped

I feel like tear drop is still attractive but when I put this low dress on one day, I was mad because I really wanted that rounded look on top .... and I couldn't wear a bra with the dress.

Day 12
Feeling good today. Day 12. Massaging regularly. Incision under right breast a little sore still but probably because of the thicker scar tissue from where he had to go back through the same incision. Went back to work. Wore my ballistic vest.... a little scratchy!

You look great girl! I like the way your breast implants are more closer together for better cleavage. That's what I want too. I'm planning to get the Inspira cohesive gel as well. Do you like the round instead of the anatomical/shaped? Thanks for sharing.

Yes I love the round!!! I feel like I can wear something sexy without a bra and still have cleavage.

Day 17.
So here I am @17 days post op. Feeling like they still look the same. Scars are lighter. Started cardio a bit and light weight training again.
Wow, you look great! I can't even see your incisions! You looked great before but I can see with your new look that you definitely have more fullness and cleavage. Just curious, do you know how your doctor reconstructed the pockets so the breasts wouldn't slip to the side? Thank you for sharing with us!
That makes sense...is that area more tender or sore? I like the higher profile on you too!
