545cc High Profile Implants 4 Days Post Op

Hi everyone. I had just undergone a remove and replace a few days ago. I had 290cc saline under the muscle, and just changed to 545cc silicone high profile under the muscle. When I took off my wrap, I was disappointed as I thought 545cc is a big implant and would make my breasts much larger than what they are in this photo. It’s been 4 days since surgery. I’m a petite woman. 5’2” and weight 133lbs. I feel they should look much bigger on me. My question is, are they going to drop and fluff and appear larger? Or better/bigger looking than now?
