WORTH IT$10,000
After having kids and breastfeeding all of them, I felt so self conscious of my sagging breasts. I decided to get a lift with implants and wanted a large look. I was really happy with the lift, but not very happy with the 425cc size. I have decided a year and a half later, to have a revision and go around 1200cc's. I am super nervous but excited for next month's surgery. Anyone else go this large? Are you happy you did?

Here is me now at 425cc under muscle high profile silicon. I am looking to go around 1200cc, maybe 1400cc next month. Anyone else do this? I am nervous and excited! I want large, but also don't want totally ridiculous looking. Thanks in advance.

I hope you post pix of your recovery! I think it will look nice and oversized like you goal pix. If you just went up a few hundred cc like I did you wouldn’t notice any change in volume. Good luck!

I actually like the big look myself too, with upper pole fullness and I'm hoping to have a revision and go larger (in the range you are talking implant wise), BUT I'm much taller and bigger than you with a wide chest. I totally disagree with those that have suggested a lift or a different profile. You don't appear to need that at all to me. I do agree though that your current size looks beautiful. Your surgeon did a really good job. If you want to go bigger though, go bigger. Keep in mind, cup size goes up with body size. I need 325-350 cc to go up one cup size (but like I said, I'm tall and have a naturally wide chest). You likely only need around 200 cc to go up a cup size I would think. You'll have to try on sizers and also compare your breast width with implant widths to help decide what size and profile, which any doctor should be able to show you. I also agree you are really not that far from your goal pics, or at least it does not appear so. I really can't imagine that you would need to go over 800 cc, at the most. It's hard to tell from one picture, but you look like at least a full C or a D right now. Going up to 800 cc would likely take you personally to around a DDD or DDDD (or a couple additional cup sizes). Because of your size and the size you are considering, I would definitely think about seeing an XL implant specialist like Pousti or Revis, although your other surgeon did a great job, so if he has experience going big, you might be able to stay with him. Just don't let ANYONE talk you out of what YOU want. I love big boobs and I don't care what anyone thinks about it (other than legitimate health concerns of course). Good luck, girl!

I am actually scheduled for surgery April 24 with Dr. Revis. I have been researching doctors for some time who have a lot of experience with large implants. I really like the job my previous surgeon did, but he did not go large enough even though I showed him wish pictures. I don't think he has ever done large implants, which I should have asked him up front.

Oh, awesome... well, he definitely knows what he's doing with large implants. Again, good luck!

I am attaching some goal photos to give an idea of the size I am thinking. Some of you were wondering where I came up with the size. I love the size and shape of these and was hoping for the same look.

I had 1250 placed 3 weeks ago. Saline under moderate profile plus. I had 600cc silicone for 2 years and was barely a D. Now I'm 36DDD?
They are tight and still very firm.
A little worried about right breat nipple numbness and how much future sagging I could have. Otherwise, very happy.

Your boobs are beautiful now and they have a lovely shape.
I have my own issues with my breast augmentation surgeries and I wish I could have had more opinions about what I really needed according my expectations.
Now I now that bigger and heavier doesn't means full look. I am not sure if really have to get another surgery or wait at least 5-10 years to change for a lower profile and reduction in size. I have in mind Salma Hayek breasts, look at the before and after pictures: her implants are wide, not high profile, that makes her look fuller, gives her side boob and will not have the same problems wearing/fitting clothes as I have (tailoring all of my clothes so they fit my boobs without being lose that make me look fat).
Well, at the end it's your decision and your body. I gave you my opinion. Just consider asking about my suggestion and see for yourself what would be your final results, having on mind that you want them to look super full and avoiding sagging.
Big hugs and good luck.
