I chose to undergo a breast augmentation revision with en bloc capsulectomy after more than 20 years with 550cc high-profile implants. My goal was a more natural, less augmented look, along with pocket revision due to a muscle /pocket tear and capsular contracture. I downsized slightly to 520cc high-profile implants, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with Dr. Sieffert.
From the very beginning (consultation through surgery and post-operative care) the experience was exceptional.
What initially stood out to me in other reviews was Dr. Sieffert’s gentle, calming demeanor, and I can confidently say that was absolutely true. Every interaction was met with genuine care, kindness, compassion, and a sense of calm that made the entire process feel reassuring.
The surgery itself went smoothly, and what surprised me most was the recovery. Given the extensiveness of a full capsulectomy, I expected significant pain, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Between the medications and surgical techniques used, I felt very minimal pain, more so occasional discomfort and a general need for rest. I was generally up and moving the same day and had a very quick recovery. At times, it hardly felt like I had undergone such a major procedure, which speaks volumes about Dr. Sieffert’s skill and approach.
Another moment that truly meant a lot was receiving a personal call the evening of my surgery around 9pm to check on me. That level of attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.
My follow-up care has been just as impressive. At my one-week visit, everything was healing perfectly with no issues. Staff are responsive to calls and emails continually throughout the process.
Now, four weeks out, I am beyond happy with my results so far. The outcome is in line exactly with the vision I had, and more importantly, the doctor understood and executed that vision beautifully.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sieffert, the entire amazing staff and this practice to anyone considering a revision or augmentation. The combination of surgical expertise and truly compassionate care made all the difference.
