450cc to 520cc- 5 ‘2 147lbs

I have 450cc saline implants and the left one ruptured over 6 mo. I’m going to change them for silicone, I like my current size 36 D/34DD But I do want go to little bit bigger like half a cup size. I know that 50cc’s don’t make a significant difference in appearance/volume. I was suggested by my surgeon to go with 520 or 550 cc’s. My measurements are 5’2 ft, 147 lbs. My other dilemma is that I’m also in a weightloss journey and don’t know if 520cc’s will be too large for 5’2 130lbs (goal weight). I’m really into weight training/body building and my worry is that they will look unproportionate to my body. Any suggestions or experiences from other who have swapped their implants for a bigger size?
